This was the first time we have ever been to a Braum's. We stopped for ice cream. Didn't know what a "tuxedo " sundae was and the nicest young man, happily explained what was in it. Then we asked for a "turtle" sundae (not listed on the menu) and the kid once again said NO PROBLEM...I can make that for you! Great kid! Great ice cream.

very rude drive thru workers. Almost every time I go through the drive thru they are either very rude or get the order wrong. I went today for lunch and sure enough a very rude lady working the drive thru. Also, pretty sure the inside of the fries are not supposed to be cold/frozen when they give them to you. Most of the crew and management is an absolute joke. I have worked in fast food/restaurants in high school its really not that hard.

The burgers are very delicious, in addition to the ice cream they sell. I see many people who come only for their ice creams, which indicates that it is one of their featured products. I tried them too and they are very delicious.

Young man took my order didn’t seem like he wanted to even be there got my order completely WRONG. Order a grilled chicken salad got a grilled chicken sandwich instead. Completely forgot myFries. 0/10 wouldn’t recommend this location.

I was just in. Bought chips and French onion dip. $6.98. The guy didn't give me my change and when I mentioned it he growled at me. Seriously growled... I said just forget it and walked out. He needs to be fired.

Not sure what’s going on with this place but they are rude. I order sundaes on a weekly basis. Same order each time. They get it right about 50 percent of the time. And they served me a sundae with nothing but whip cream and a drop of ice cream. This is not typical as I’ve been going here for years! I hope they work on these things. Completely bummed out.

Love Braum's! Wish we had one in CA! Ordered the banana split, which looked as beautiful as the one on their poster. It was delicious!! We also like their grocery store. Picked up some hot fudge to take home. Plan to visit again whenever we drive east.
