Pretty decent place not too dirty, plenty of parking, plenty of seating and normally they are pretty professional and nice.

If you’re looking for a spot that combines delicious food with a welcoming atmosphere, this Braums is an absolute gem. The workers are always so friendly and extremely efficient. It’s rare to find a place that consistently delivers great food as well as a warm experience, but this Braums checks all the boxes. I highly recommend this place!

people here are always so sweet. my order is always correct probably because i treat my servers with RESPECT and KINDNESS and like they're human. customers however were extremely rude and snobbish while i was there.

I was at the town square Braums. I drove up to the window to order. I ordered a bagel with 2 extra cream cheese. The employee said “ok pull around”…I replied “Oh, I wasn’t done ordering?…She said “Oh, what else? And I ordered a yogurt parfait. Then I asked if they served any kind of ice coffee”…She replied “no”. She said nothing about regular coffee being the only thing on the menu, so I just ordered a small coffee with 2 creams to sugars “..She said “is that it?, pull around to the first window.

When I pulled up, she handed me the bagel and silverware. To lighten the mood I said “want a little dog?” (My dog was being a jerk) She rolled her eyes and said “uh NO” and walked off. Then she’d handed me a small coffee and shut the window. I opened the coffee because I had asked for 2 creams and 2 sugars and it was black. Looked in my sack and nothing either. Then another girl handed me the parfait, not saying a word. I went to take a drink of my coffee and it was ice cold. I told her it was cold. She just looked at me. No response. I just said “just keep the coffee”…and she shut the door.
When I was driving to work I noticed a burnt smell from the bag. I opened up the bagel and the first half was chewy and had not been toasted (I started eating it) but the second piece was burned.

I understand that some things happen. Everyone has a bad morning. But with my order completely screwed up there should have at least been an apology and can we get you anything else.

This is the 6th I have had a bad experience at this Braums. I love Braums I eat there in other part of town and different cities.

Absolutely terrible food and customer service.

Almost everyday I come here because the food is good, super quick, and usually under 10 dollars which is nice, but the tea taste super gross, I used to get it everyday (almost literally) but im almost 100% sure yall stopped cleaning the tea ern

I had a scratch-off that was for a free single scoop ice cream cone. It expires today July 21. So, I ordered 2 ice cream cones. Instead of me paying for one and getting the other free, they said some discount had been applied to both cones and they couldn't honor the free ice cream cone. I said give me the scratch-offback and I'll go to another store. They would not give the scratch-off back. So, I told them forget it and drove off! I'll never go that store on south Soncy again!

We had multiple issues with Braum’s on coulter and 34th. The food was nasty and sad. So we came to the location on Soncy and they fixed my order and were kind about it. Good customer service.
