Buffalo Wild Wings

Walk in to sign that said seat your self while two people at front desk was tolking and text on phones. A couple of the servers were trying to clear tables and wait on their tables while other people stood around talking while the other worked their butts off. Table behind us was dirt when we walked in was still dirt when we left after a hour.Our server was good and was working hard. To bad his coworkers just wanted to talk and hang out instead of helping out. Place was not that busy and food was ok. Been to a lot of BWW never seen one like this. Will not be back

Subject: Disappointed with Food Quality

Hi Buffalo Wild Wings,

I stopped by your Texas location recently, and I was really disappointed. The chicken was very hard, and the fries had a strange texture—almost like clay. I usually enjoy eating at BWW, but this visit was not a good experience.

Just wanted to share my feedback. I hope things improve for next time.

The food was horrible it looks like the wings are precooked hard as rocks you need the jaws of life to chew them luckily my teeth didn't come out. Entire staff were bunched up not professional at all .the one positive note was the waiter very good another good thing you can fire some of your staff because your business will not survive.

Walked in after a long day had a beer went to the restroom cam back to order food and another beer and they said we can not serve you what is the problem I said you are not welcome here that bartender lost a 20$ tip will never go to another buffalo wings again

This place is awful. Saw one waitress get told she had to work a 16 hour shift, while another left early. Food that was brought out to another table looked bad. We just left. From seeing the reviews, glad I didn't spend the money. Golden Corral has better service.

The black lady bartender was just spending time hanging out with her friends that were there. I had to wait 10 min between each beer. When I got my food I had no plastic ware. Just horrible customer service

This is my spot! When I’m driving through Amarillo, I wait till they open to get them fresh buffalo wings. sometimes when I stay the night in Amarillo, I go have me a couple of drinks and some wings.

As a truck driver, I stop all over the country — but this visit to Buffalo Wild Wings truly stood out thanks to Jose! From the moment I walked in, he was polite, welcoming, and extremely attentive. He made sure everything was just right throughout my meal. I ordered 20 wings, fries, and mozzarella sticks — everything came out hot, fresh, and full of flavor. The wings were cooked to perfection!

I had parked at the Flying J nearby to take my 10-hour break, and I’m so glad I chose to eat here. This was by far the best Buffalo Wild Wings experience I’ve had. Jose’s top-tier service made a lasting impression, and I’ll definitely be back next time I’m in town.

Terrible service from bartender last night.

Even though Jessica was extremely busy she took excellent care of us. Ask for Jessica if you want great service!

The food was great. While we were there the TV got turned up so loud we couldn't hear our waitress or each other. Ruined our date. Asked it to be turned down, but the manager told our waitress, it's a bar. It's supposed to be loud. Spent $80 on dinner. Will NOT be returning. Our waitress was sweet and apologized.
