Buffalo Wild Wings

Just went in for pickup after waiting 40 minutes and the front desk had a young guy and a young girl more interested in flirting and making anyone waiting for their order uncomfortable. After an hour and 20 minutes we finally got our food and nothing was being done. Incredibly unprofessional.

Food was great, wings were huge. Size has been a problem in the past. The waitress was just awful. All she had going for her is cuteness. She either can't hear or doesn't listen. I was polite as I could be trying to get my order right. I hate repeating myself. She never came back to table after my order was fixed. Missed opportunity on drinks. I'm sure she was embarrassed she screwed up but these kids today are just awful at communication and for lack of better words......rejection. it was just unbelievable how horrible she was. Thank god she wasn't rude on top of that. The other waiter on the other hand came by and pressured my table and asked me if I was fine and was very nice. I'll be back but I'll steer clear of the ditz.

I was surprised smoking was allowed in the bar area. The bartenders could have been more attentive since there were only 4 people at the bar. A simple thank you and have a good night for a decent tip would have been nice.

Went in to get a drink and getting my change the waitress tried pocketing the bills and only handing me the change till I said to let me see what I payed for n magically the bills showed up in her right hand. I just disgusted. And just let her have it all. Don't steal. If you need it. Just ask

Slow night, waited 35 minutes for a dry Nashville chicken sandwich. Asked for a much needed sauce, and the girl said they will charge for it. Don’t waste your money here.

Hamburger, dry no flavor will not go back I can get a better burger, cook how I want at red Robin at red Robin

They didn't give me my drinks and were very rude about it.. I would not recommend plus I was just passing through expect more.

Some of the higher staff need to learn not to yell at their workers in front of clientele or just at all. Some staff need retraining on how to time manage their work. I get taken care of by a special waitress ❣️ she deserves a raise and a hug. You know who I'm talking about ?

Dude over 30 minutes to get food and I called before I got here . I’m on tight schedule cause I work.
