Food was cold and stale, after an 1.5hrs of waiting. Sevice was decent.

The manager named Ashley was rude during my visit. She gave me attitude the whole conversation with her. I would not recommend to dine in over here.

After a fail attempt at some Mexican food. I was like man im still hungry let me get some wings. Wrong. Came here place was dead it was close to 10 a clock cool. I got a Moscow mule it was good the lady behind the bar took my order. I got a pattu melt and 10 wings. I was like it shouldn't take long for a place that closes at 2. Took about 30 min to get my order, the wings were cold and dry on the inside. The burger was ok. I was trying to get out there but the bar maid keeps running off. I've ate at many bdubs but this one right here is a lil off.

They allow smoking so don’t come here if you want to breathe . Food is average tho

Overall a good experience but the poor waitress was fairly new and had to ask someone about any and all questions I had about the menu and drinks at the bar. So she will get better. Maybe needs more training or just more time at the job. She was atleast trying which is a plus.

Ordered nachos. Not busy but seemed longer than usual to receive order. Came out barely warm, told waitress, she told manager who came out to argue that it was just taken off heat. I'm not going to argue a fact so I just got up and left it all with them.

Best BWW experience I’ve had in many years. Brooke kept our drinks full at all times and was super accommodating. Food came out pretty quick and was fresh. Hopefully this is the turn around of bdubs in Amarillo. Thanks Brooke!

Good location. Yall need to rethink who you have behind the bar though. She slumps and moans around every shift like she hates working here. Would prefer to see one of the chippier, younger girls behind the bar.

They need to train up the people that are answering the phone and taking orders over the phones. Viviana had no clue how many wings came in the combo and has me order a wing/wing combo which ends up coming with 6 traditional and 6 boneless for $25. I come in to pick up the order to see signs everywhere advertising their pick 6 which would have been 10+10 wings with two sides and two drinks for $20. Would have expected Viviana to recommend that when I was trying to see what kind of wing combos they had available but she was clueless. Cherry on top was the missing milk with my kid’s meal.

It smells like wet cigarettes throughout this place.

Our experience at Buffalo Wild Wings was terrible. Our waiter never checked on us, one person asked for veggies twice and never got them, and all our drinks tasted bad. The wings were cold, mushy, and tasted like turkey, and the fries weren’t good either.

We tried to get the $20 Dallas meal deal, but our server didn’t know how to do it — we had to talk to two managers to fix the bill. The restaurant was freezing and service was painfully slow.

Placed order online for late night pickup. No staff at counter, were having fun in kitchen. After five minutes, was acknowledged. Order eventually came out and team member tried to go over it to make sure everything was there, but was more confusing than helpful. Got back to hotel and found they left out fries. Boneless wings chewy, but that's endemic to BWW. Feel shorted at the end of a long day on the road.

I had such a bad experience tonight. After an hour wait our waitress finally comes to tell us they lost our ticket and they are just now starting our order. I tell them that I would just like to pay for our appetizer and leave. It’s late after all of that wait now I have to find somewhere else to go.

We came to Buffalo Wild Wings for dinner and to watch the Cowboys game. The tv's are great some better than others. Our server was very friendly. It did seem like we had to wait a bit for our drinks but our food came out quick. We ordered wings and a Buffalo chicken wrap. They both were good. They have very good margaritas. I always get the Patron Margarita!
