Food was great, wings were huge. Size has been a problem in the past. The waitress was just awful. All she had going for her is cuteness. She either can't hear or doesn't listen. I was polite as I could be trying to get my order right. I hate repeating myself. She never came back to table after my order was fixed. Missed opportunity on drinks. I'm sure she was embarrassed she screwed up but these kids today are just awful at communication and for lack of better...
I was surprised smoking was allowed in the bar area. The bartenders could have been more attentive since there were only 4 people at the bar. A simple thank you and have a good night for a decent tip would have been nice.
Some of the higher staff need to learn not to yell at their workers in front of clientele or just at all. Some staff need retraining on how to time manage their work. I get taken care of by a special waitress ❣️ she deserves a raise and a hug. You know who I'm talking about ?
