Super sad. It’s been sometime since I’ve been here and maybe I forgot to order. But got the Buns Burger and it only had cheese. I guess i should have asked what it came with. But paid about 15$ for a patty with chz and bun sure fries and drink that ridiculous if you ask me 😔

I have had a problem getting a well done burger with no red in the meat. Last week I ordered my burger well done & still had to send it back. So tonight we returned & I stressed “well done” when I ordered explaining last week my burger had to be re-cooked. Still got a burger with red in the middle. This has not always been an issue but it is now. When the burgers are done, I really like them.

VERY GOOD gluten free bun! I have a severe gluten allergy, and they take precautions. Please make sure to mention to the manager you have an allergy. Amazing gluten free buns!

Wonderful tasting burger, fries & onion rings. Staff was welcoming and warm. Great value.
Food was still good, but service has went down. Toppings bar was empty. No lettuce or tomatos picked over onions.Had to ask for it to be refilled. The woman that came to fill it looked angry. Counted lt least ten dirty tables before the same woman started picking up the trays. It wasn't even very busy.

Only giving the 1 star because the no star was not an option. Burgers over year ago went to very small McDonald’s kids size but the price increased. Can’t get large patty any more as not on menu. Went on Saturday and their very few less than 5 cars in parking lot should have have given me warning enough to leave and go some place else. The employees are rude and do not listen to customers. One young manager seems to have been trained to be rude! I will never be going back to this place unless in Lubbock as they have not made these horrible decisions, and even still have the buy a burger get a burger promotion they have had for years. Later Bums Over Texas Amarillo location!

The burger I ordered was so good. It's humorous they call your name saying your name over the intercom and that your buns are up when the order is ready! It's quick. You don't wait long. The restaurant was dimly lit but that's forgiven for it really is like a slice of Texas! Good job, guys!
