Hamburgers were rare and red meat. No where cooked to be editable. It was terrible and will never eat there again. I will also let everyone know not to eat there. I wish this post would let me show you the photos of the raw red undercooked hamburgers.

Had the avacado burger and my husband ordered the bacon and mushroom burger. We cut our burgers in half so we could try each other's burgers. Both burgers were delicious. I had the sweet potato fries and he had the tater tots, both were good. I liked the variety of teas, especially the decaf - unsweetened blueberry ice tea. My husband has a strawberry shake, made with blue bell ice cream, a very thick shake. Several televisions with different programs running, well positioned in the dining area. Good food.

My whole family and I have been coming here for years! One of our favorites in Amarillo. But everything has changed. They no longer have the pickles they used to have and they changed the onion rings. The burgers didn’t taste the same. I’m so sad that this will no longer be be one of our favorites.?

We decided to take my son out to eat as a family before he gets shipped out tomorrow for the Army. All of our burgers were literally pink and undercooked to some degree. I ate almost half of mine. One of my son's burgers was manageable, so he was eating his but bit into a super hard piece that we still don't know what it was, and he chipped his back tooth biting into it. My other son got the naked burger, and he ate the majority of his, and my daughter ate half of hers. My mom's burger was very pink, so I politely asked them if they could please make her another one very well done, and they did. (I don't like to take food back if it's incorrect so I didn't even bother for mine. ) Only to get it and have it even more undercooked than the first one. I politely show the young man in the blue shirt how undercooked the second burger was, and he apologized and asked if we would like a refund on our order. I just wanted to eat out as a family one last time and have a good time with no problems so, I politely told him no, that's okay, but if he could please make another burger for my mom, and if needed he could cut the burger Patti in half to make sure it is done, so he did just that. At this point, my mom is sick to her stomach, so she decides to just eat her tots, and we just take the burger to go. I wish I would have caught his name, but the young man in the blue shirt was very polite, very accommodating, and very understanding. The young lady cooking the burger patties, not so much. The other young lady with very short hair had even worse customer service. She gave me dirty looks and mumbled something while shaking her head at me, like my mom should've just eaten the bloody burger. And the young man in the Grey shirt was neutral about the whole situation, he was ok too. The upside, is that my 10 yr old son loved his chicken bites and I even ordered him more because he liked them so much. That's a huge plus because he is on the spectrum and he only likes a handful of foods and very specific at were he eats. So that was awesome. I'm still not upset, but I do wish our visit would've been good. Have a Blessed day and I hope everyone else who eats there gets fully cooked food.
