Went to grab some food and heard the cook yelling at what I assume is their manager and with it being busy NOTHING was said by any higher up employees...do better!!when u have hard working employees and allow one to speak to another in a disrespectful fashion WHILE on the clock...I felt embarrassed for that guy!!

Have you noticed Burger King whoppers no longer have the really good flame grilled taste they used to have? What happened to it, did they omit that step to save money? Whoppers aren't the same anymore. No more BK for me!

I just went to this store @ ordered a BaconKing meal.Igot home with a double cheese burger in aBaconKing wrapper.The only problem was there was not one stick of bacon on it!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!Who is the idiot in charge?

I place an order through the app I requested no lettuce on the OCS. As my son is allergic to lettuce and his sandwich had so much lettuce on it, I could’ve made a salad out of it. The fries and onion rings were cold, my daughter's whopper had onions on after I requested no onions. She's diabetic and needed to eat so thankfully she was able to just remove the onions. on the app, it said I could order tacos so I ordered and that location doesn’t even carry tacos. Also in the app said I could order 20 ounce bottle drinks instead of the ice drinks. They didn’t carry that either.So I had to contact support via the app hopefully they’ll be able to fix it, but it's gonna take between 24 and 48 hours. unfortunately, I had to get my son something to eat from somewhere else. This location has had so many problems and has gone down hill. The only reason I even thought about going there is, because my son love the OCS and it’s close to my home and gas isn’t cheap nowadays.
