I just went to this store @ ordered a BaconKing meal.Igot home with a double cheese burger in aBaconKing wrapper.The only problem was there was not one stick of bacon on it!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!Who is the idiot in charge?

I place an order through the app I requested no lettuce on the OCS. As my son is allergic to lettuce and his sandwich had so much lettuce on it, I could’ve made a salad out of it. The fries and onion rings were cold, my daughter's whopper had onions on after I requested no onions. She's diabetic and needed to eat so thankfully she was able to just remove the onions. on the app, it said I could order tacos so I ordered and that location doesn’t even carry tacos. Also in the app said I could order 20 ounce bottle drinks instead of the ice drinks. They didn’t carry that either.So I had to contact support via the app hopefully they’ll be able to fix it, but it's gonna take between 24 and 48 hours. unfortunately, I had to get my son something to eat from somewhere else. This location has had so many problems and has gone down hill. The only reason I even thought about going there is, because my son love the OCS and it’s close to my home and gas isn’t cheap nowadays.

Ordered a $4.99 Whopper meal at 1:30PM. Fifteen minutes later still waiting. Half the staff team just loiters around the dining area and outside? Maybe they are on break. Very uncoordinated and slow.

Went in there was 2 people sitting the manager was yelling at the kid helping her. Yelled at another girl to check in early. Another man had ordered online wouldn't help him. We got shorted a full number 1 and a number 8 . I asked if we could use the bathroom for our 3 year old and the manager rolled her eyes at me and sighed. When she brought our food through it at us. A preacher and his wife warned us it would take forever and to check our order boy were they correct. The manager was absolutely the rudest ever. And yelling at employees infront of customers. We left without our paid items . And the food was cold.

Ordered at drive thru. There was a good 10 min wait before the order was even taken. Took another 10-15 min to pay for the order and receive it. I ordered 2 double bacon cheeseburgers and only got single bacon cheeseburgers. There was a crazy large amount of ketchup and mustard on them.

Was stopped before getting to pick up...not sure why! Still serving breakfast past 1030!! I HATE BREAKFAST.... then no condiments or straw but lady was sweet

Came through Drive thru, there was only one car, and no one answered the speaker for 10 mins, they was very slow, did not care about customer service, would not recommend, coming to this Burger king, the service is awful
Ordered our food. Took a long time even without being busy. Got our food to go. Didn't realize till we got home that the kids meal had two bags of chicken nuggets and no fries. And they didn't give us one of our burgers. And it was the how to train your dragon burger I was excited to get that they forgot.

Burger King says it was open until 2AM. Pull in around 12:40 all the lights are on, cars in the parking lot. Pull up to order, the lights on the menu go off and no one responds.
I think they was short of help when I went in. It took 40 min. To get my order and they couldn't do what I had asked for so I had to get something else. There are much better burger kings than this one!
