Ordered my food and waited 20 minutes to get my food. After 20 minutes the worker came out and said they were waiting on fresh fries because they didn’t want to give us burnt ones. When I got my food. It was cold. I had to return it to get it remade after waiting 20 minutes. I had to wait another 20 minutes to get my food remade. Terrible service.

I ordered a crispy chicken sandwich. Got home took my 1st bite and couldn't even bite through it. Looked into it and the chicken was raw like it was just flash fried and then put together. I tried to call them but their number is incorrect on Google. Thanks for almost killing me!!!

Never a friendly place to go. The employees there seem to act like they are doing you a favor by being there.
Normally there we have no issue with this location however tonight was not like that. I have been trying to call for 20 minutes starting at about 9pm and the phone was “busy” the entire time. All I wanted was to find out why part of the order was canceled. The notes said “out of stock” but I had ordered the same thing only a jr instead of a big burger.

Went for lunch and after repeating our order to the girl she still got it wrong. We let her know and she said no that’s how we ring it up. The wait here is always so long no matter what time you go. I’ve never been here without having some sort of issue.
