Store seems to always be filthy. Care more about “drive thru times” than accuracy. Store lights were on and “OPEN” sign was flashing, store was not scheduled to close until 1am, but employee proclaimed at 12:40 “I am not taking any more orders.”

This was a terrible experience, my food was cold and wrong yet could not correct it because a blonde female was to busy cussing out an Uber eats driver . Completely unprofessional. She threw papers at the driver …. Which I believe is assault ? Feel free to reach out I tryed calling store to complain but was advised Friday nights they don’t take phone call?

There are 2 people working at this store... 2. At 4:30pm on a Friday. After waiting for over 5 minutes to order at the drive thru, I went inside to see why I had waited so long to even order. I found 2 employees in the store. Then it took almost 20 minutes to make 2 sandwiches... So I took 8 BK crowns off the counter and bounced.

I really would like to know who trained the person making the whoppers. I would like to say something about being charged over $30 for three meals that are unetable. However, I guess I got my monies worth out of the 9lbs of mayonnaise they put on my burger. Went to call to ask personally and they don't answer the phone.

Sat in the drive thru for 30 mins with no service. Drove by the window and the workers are sitting down eating while 3 cars are in the drive thru waiting to order. Never again

How am I going to sit in the drive through for over an hour and still get cold food??? Manager doesn't care obviously. How can they know a customer is waiting that long and then be okay with sending out terrible quality food like that! For Pete's sake someone from corporate come get this place into shape.

Incredibly rude older lady on staff today. Wanted to use the men’s room but I was unsure if it was occupied as the door was locked and the women’s bathroom was wide open. Obviously I inquired with staff, and was made aware that “men destroy the bathroom more than women so we lock it” with more than a little bit of attitude. After admonishing me the employee in question took time out of their busy schedule to open the bathroom for me. Lo and behold, she was right! The bathroom was absolutely disgusting. Unacceptable. Being a former fast food manager I have one simple piece of advice; clean the bathrooms more than twice a week. Thanks.
