Incompetent staff. No part of our order was right, we paid extra for lettuce and Hershey pies, neither of which we received. My boyfriend asked for no ketchup and they also left out pickles and mustard, which he wanted. Should’ve just gotten Wendy’s.

Always go to this burger king, until now. I have been getting the 3 for 7 special BK has been advertising. Walked up to the counter and elderly lady that looked homeless with clothes that didn't fit told me they don't do promotions. Which is weird because I've gotten them for awhile. She seemed rude mad that I have been getting them, but gave it to me anyways. I have a feeling I just got someone in trouble. After getting my food and driving back to work, I find a soggy original chicken sandwich, that blatantly looks disgusting. Gonna be rude and contaminate the food I paid for, WHY?

We were traveling and stopped at the Burger King because I remember how the burgers are cooked and was very disappointed. They were just gray warm meat patties. I thought they were supposed to be cooked over an open flame what’s happened to Burger King?

Had the big bacon king burger no mayo add mustard, and it was fresh and good, thanks very much.
The food was fresh and good, they charged my card twice, $84 is an expensive meal, watch yourself at checkout,had to turn around and go back in for the rest of my order that wasn't in the bag, I don't think I'll be going back.
