3rd time I've came to this location after ordering online 20 mins in advance just to be told to pull forward and wait another 20+ minutes to get the food. Defeats the purpose of of online ordering if you wait to get the food ready when we say our names in the drive thru line.

This burger king is always a mess.
Sometimes they dont have the ingredients like biscuits for breakfast and sometimes you get the crabby worker.
Today it was very friendly service they could only take cash. I repeated my order 3 x even at the window she confirmed what i said then i when i got to work it was sausage not bacon and i hate sausage.

I was very disappointed in my original chicken sandwich. It was way too salty and mushy. I was hoping for an original from the late 80’s early 90’s. The service was wonderful, the restaurant was pretty clean. I just wish that I would have had a hamburger!!!

It was awful! The food, the service, the tables were dirty, the whole place was filled with smoke. The food tasted old. Fries had so much salt they couldn't be eaten.

Normally I'd rate this one 4 stars for what it is, but never, I repeat NEVER have breakfast here. Not only was the order wrong and slow, but the sausage got half the family sick. My wife got a partial refund, which I was already irritated about, but then she spent the entire afternoon, evening, night, and following morning sick. By the time she had gotten the measley 2/5 of the refund back I was already sick.

Place has a sad feel to it, drive-thru monitor needs replacing, and if you're going to charge me extra for cheese at least put the cheese on my food. Try the other location, this one is weird.

The croissants were actually cold. Not even heatlamp warm. The French toast sticks were raw on the inside. Absolutely horrible! Will drive across town next time.

Extremely Disappointing Experience

I recently visited Burger King and had an incredibly frustrating experience. There were only 2 cars in the drive-thru and 2 people in the lobby, yet it still took 45 minutes to get a single cheeseburger.

For comparison, places like Raising Cane's regularly handle a dozen or more cars in the drive-thru and a busy lobby during peak hours, yet they manage to serve entire family orders in 10 minutes or less.

I don’t understand how Burger King can be this understaffed or have employees who seem so disengaged. It feels like the entire operation needs a complete overhaul—from staffing to management.

To make matters worse, the menu screens were broken, making it difficult to see the options clearly.

Overall, this location seriously needs improvements in both service efficiency and maintenance.

Wow. Even lower than the worst back home. 😂😂. The guy in back cooking was working hard and had a great attitude on service, but the front line wasn’t happy. Maybe a bad day. Probably a mgmt issue at the franchise level. Cold burgers, funky smell from equipment overheating, poor attitude at the register, but do appreciate the effort for the hard working gentleman trying to run the team.

Poor service I ordered through the app in the parking lot and picked up in the drive-through this location served me a cold Swiss mushroom melt with un toasted cold bread. I took it in,the manager of 18 years as she expressed to me assured me everything is made fresh. I have worked Food service for five years. I know when something has been sitting out and the standards for Burger King was not followed, even by the manager of 18 years for this location I waited 13 minutes for my remake, which I watched sit under the heat lamp and not put in a bag for 10 minutes. there were two Burger King employees at that station who were already moving very slowly. I stood there and waited and waited and waited and when they said oh here’s the mushroom Swiss the lady who was in the back making the food said yes it’s a mushroom. Swiss melt with ketchup, mayo, and bacon. Finally, the burger was put in the bag and handed to me in which I could feel majority of the temperature in my food was gone. Once again the patties were not fresh. They had been sitting out. It was so saturated with mayo and they still did not toast. The bread for the patty melts. I took a video for evidence. I showed them the burger where the thumbprint was in the bread on the top. This is a disgrace for Burger King and what Burger King stands for the Burger King standards are not being practiced whatsoever, and the management of 18 years needs to really be looked at for not enforcing Burger King standards in which she is running this location for the Company. This makes Burger King look bad and needs not only new staff but management as well.

Employees had their kids there and left us standing at the counter to take care of their kid. Drink station was filthy and sticky. Play place smelled like pee and spoiled milk. I know it’s Burger King but come on. We ended up asking for our order to go. There were only two other groups besides us.
