Ordered at 4:53 pm,couldn't use the app. Then watched the kitchen crew make our sandwiches but there was no fries. Waited for over 20 minutes for the fries....while our burgers sat under the warmer. When asked, all that was said was just waiting on fries. No apologies or acknowledgement that we had to wait that long for 2 burgers and fries. Spent almost $30 for old burgers, but fries were fresh. Never again

Came for lunch ordered whopper jr with cheese no mayo or ketchup just mustard the girl at window asked me and i told her no ketchup or mayo and my sandwich had ketchup so i went back and told the girl no ketchup or mayo. So they made me a new one it was the same so i got a refund . Just saying I'd avoid this burger king .
Set an alarm for 20 minutes ended up having to drive off employees were out front talking instead of doing their job

You'd have better service at a vacant Long John Silvers. If you're lucky you'll wait at the drive up menu for 30 minutes, because they act like you're not there, then theyll tell you theyre out of whatever it is you're ordering. If you're unlucky, you'll wait at that menu for 30 minutes, and then another 30 at the window, for them to hand you 2 day old burnt cold fries, and the most horrific example of anything else you order. I imagine there's bootleg burger kings in the middle east better than this place. Save yourself the pain, go to any other Burger King in town. Go to any other anything in town, before coming here.

Came to this location at 3:30 pm on 9/30 waiting in line with other cars for 15mins no sign at all on the ordering menu. I went inside for some assistance and apparently they were âclosedâ. No signs at all the lady was inside on a computer not in uniform with another guy just having a grand ole time.

Bad customer service. The service is very slow. Itâs took me 10 minutes for them to respond to me in the drive-through and it was two people working there

Got here almost a hour ago and are still waiting on a burger. They said it would take ten minutes and itâs been like 25. I had to go to the restroom just to walk right back out. The bathrooms are disgusting. They made us wait here just for the burger to be in the bag.

On 9/6/24 we stopped in for lunch. We never eat here, decided to give it a shot. Drive through monitor was broken, so we had to come inside to order. We arrived about 11:45am. Ordered Togo. Store was near empty, we were one of the only orders minus a few Uber eats. Lobbyâs drink machines were messed up. Lobby smelled of dirty mop water. We didnât leave with our food until 12:25. Their indoor computers kept going down. My kids meals sat there for 30 minutes while we waited on the other food. All chicken was over cooked and smelled of old oil. Fries were cold and mushy by the time we ate. Sandwiches were soggy and low quality. Bacon on the burgers were burnt. Expectations were low, and they still didnât hit the mark. Nothing was fresh and hot. Staff was chaotic. We will never go to a Burger King again. Even if you have a budget product, you can make that product hot and fresh.
