The food was good the store looked clean and the workers were very nice. My only issue was the store manager on duty at lunch time on a Wednesday she was rude and hateful to her employees right in front of the customers yelling and talking down to them. She should not be in a leadership position because she knows nothing about how to lead a team.Vegetarian options: Salads

What is going on BK? The outside looks horrible which makes you not want to stop.SERVICE is slow SLOW SLOW! Nice but slow then you get old, messy, overall BAD FOOD.I like BK but the branches in Amarillo/Canyon completely ruin it for you.. DO better..

Burger King’s new policies on mobile app orders is horrible service. I placed a mobile order and was refused my order because I went to the drive thru. They made me park and go inside. I have an injured leg and it caused serious pain which they did not care. They said it is corporate policy to not serve you in the drive thru if you use their app. It is frustrating these large corporations continue to raise prices and provide poor service.

Had to bail on this Burger King after sitting in the drive thru for over 22 minutes. Unacceptable when you have 12 hour drive. Never even placed an order. We watched the McDonald’s serve 10 cars while we waited….which is where we are now.

Ordereded a simple Wapper ketchup and tomato only and I got a Luke warm Wapper with Mayo flowing out the sides and on the wrapper. Horrid brain dead cook maybe you should try hiring some one with a brain that gives a crud. Lord knows you charge enough for the burger it should be fit to eat at least. I managed a fast food store for 6 years and would have fired anyone so inept.

The drive through person was extremely nice, but the food was borderline stale. Mostly, though, the price increases are crooked.It was $9.09 for a Double Whopper. $9 for a two-patty hamburger at a fast food restaurant!!I used to buy a Double Whopper for $5-$6 just a few years ago. Inflation is a bogus excuse for price gouging.This is more of a criticism of Burger King as a company. Don't claim to care for working families and charge dine in restaurant prices.My only complaint about this particular location is the lackluster food that was a day or two from being completely stale. Don't go here unless you want to over pay for mediocre food.

They consistently get the order wrong and the food just sucks! They should probably just close this location. It’s been horrible for years and I cringe every time my son wants to eat there! Cold food
We ordered onion rings and got fries. They left my granddaughters juice off her kids meal. The burgers where okay but not great. To be clear this was the Burger King on Coulter by the Walmart. And it took forever to get our food.

Nice guys and good service, but food was cold and tasted old. Also made my rodeo Cheeseburgers wrong (no BBQ sauce and put ketchup, mustard, and pickles instead). Again, nice guys, but actual food was a disappointment. ?
