Food is good, decent selection of beer. Mostly stoked on the staff. Cheyenne was super nice. There was another guy working, making the food I think and I didn’t meet him, but I’m sure he’s cool too.

Came in with my boyfriend ready to try a new place and they refused us service and only did take out. We had cash in our pockets and starving. Only a democrat would do this. Ruin a business and ruin themselves and make other people mad. Don't support this liberal business.

Their fries and onion rings were amazing. My burger had great flavor. Sadly it was about the same size as my son's kids meal.

So it's my first time at Burgerfi and the food was okay but the old man at the front counter taking the orders was so very tacky for no reason.I would love to have gave a good review but in my opinion from working in food service or any place for that matter customer service always comes first.

I have tried to go to Burger Fi the last 2 weekends. Last week, we were told it was take out only (Still?) and they were dine in opening on Monday. We decided to give them 1 more try. Today, went in and was told they are still only take out. I guess burger fi doesnt want customers. If you haven't figured out how to successfully adapt to dine in service by now, I wont be back. This is ridiculous.

Ordered separately from my family. My beer was "comped" to support the employees that are furloughed which is fine if that's what that money went to, but I didn't get my order either. It was given to a different person, and I waited for it for 20 minutes. I had to clean up the patio myself so I could eat on it, and my parents had a toot'n'totum bag fly onto their heads mid meal.My dad complained and I finally got a new meal in time to leave after everyone had finished eating and I'd given up on getting food. The fries I ordered "Cajun style" were so salty it made me puke. The veggie burger was undercooked and cold.I don't care if you treat me like that, but other people deserve more. I would give it 0 stars if I could.There was no manager this visit; the last (and first time) I went the general manager spent my whole meal trying to get me to work for him and to say how good the food was; he also complained about his boss and having to wear a mask. He said if they weren't being inspected by HIS manager (the general managers manager) that nobody would be allowed to wear a mask in the establishment. The veggie burger was better that time, but I had more cheese powder on my garlic parm and herb fries than I did fries.0/5 stars, 0/10. Do not come here.

I used to come here almost every weekend .The service was great . The food was great. That has all changed my lady friend I went there few weeks ago, it's was a Friday night . We put order online. We got there waited nearly 45 minutes. They got the order wrong the food was good but the service was horrible. They tried to make it right with a gift card and that was appreciated but not expected. Ok we go tonight , again order was wrong and the food was bad this time I am glad I didn't have to pay for it . We will not be back . I don't understand how you can screw up a order on the same people two times in a row.

The manager Johnny was extremely helpful, kind, and welcoming. The customer service was amazing and the food prepared by Ziggy was delicious! The onion rings were especially delicious and Johnny went above and beyond to make our experience excellent! They also have great options to fit many different dietary restrictions such as vegan options. I would highly recommend eating here

The food was really good it just wasn't what I ordered. Went on a Friday evening and they only had two people working. Even though I placed my order online with a designated pickup time, when we arrived it was clear that time wasn't going to be met. By the time we finally got the order and got home, we realized it was wrong and items were left off, but by then we were starving and didn't want the hassle of driving 30 minutes round trip to get it right. Although the manager (?) and another employee showed up later, it didn't help much.Update: The manager reached out to me personally and sent me a gift card to cover my previous meal. I WILL definitely go back!

Ordered online go to pick up food stand there for 15 min before I’m assuming the only person working sees us and helps us get are order get home the whole order is wrong not only is it wrong it was also cold also barley gave us any fries and they were soggy and moist at that very terrible

My last visit was a call-in order. It just wasn't good. Even though we picked up our food promptly, and drove two miles home, it was already soggy. I just wanted our food to be better after paying nearly $40.
