Casa Jalisco is a gem for sure. We are visiting family from Abilene and decided to try them. The food was delicious. We had an omelet, breakfast burrito, chilaquiles divorciados, and the Mexican pancakes. All were delicious but the pancakes were a fan favorite!

The restaurant was very clean up to the light fixtures. The restrooms were also clean and pleasant to use.

Last the staff was very kind and and attentive to our needs, but not overwhelming....

This place is clean & the food is delicious. I had some different on the menu every time I come here and I have never been disappointed. Today I had green chilaquiles with eggs with side of beans and potatoes, oh and I love the agua de horchata😋

Breakfast burritos with homemade tortillas are delicious. The pancakes are traditional with cooked strawberries on top. Breakfast is reasonably priced and worth it. Less than $20 for 3 bacon breakfast burritos and a 3 stack of pancakes.
