The food was amazing. The steaks were cooked perfectly and we had the blue cheese risotto as an extra side. Everything was really nice. It is an expensive place by my standards, but it has never disappointed us in quality or service.

The bacon appetizer was delicious and fun to share. The Cajun pasta was different and delicious. Elk tenderloin a rare treat. Cooked rare to perfection.

I'm glad the bourbon flights were updated especially with the Pappy Van Winkle in one of the flight options. Food was delicious. I highly recommend the bacon sampler appetizer. Cajun pasta with shrimp and chicken is my go to. The tortellini just melts and the shrimp and chicken are seasoned just right. Service was spot on. Waitress was attentive, checking prices of whiskey pours (because whiskey prices are not listed, but I don't mind as long as I find something I can sample at a reasonable price). Atmosphere just perfect with lighting not too dim, and noise level was just subtle ( I don't have to yell to make a conversation or I don't have to whisper because the table next to use is too close). Loved this place so much, we're going back next week!

This was our first visit to Amarillo TX to attend a college graduation. We dined there to celebrate the grad and his accomplishments. The appetizer, meal and dessert were all delicious! If we're ever back in Amarillo, we'll definitely dine there again.

Cellar 55 went above and beyond our expectations! My mother and I had dinner, she ordered the pork chop and I ordered the lamb chops. Both were incredible! The wine selection is amazing and our server was exceptional. We were seated in a room toward the back and our table was next to a half wall. She and I were able to visit without much noise interference. The atmosphere was pleasant and sophisticated without feeling pretentious. The prices are a little high, but honestly the experience and quality was well worth it! We are looking forward to visiting again soon!

We ordered calamari it was drenched in a salty sweet soy sauce which was not good, the sauce would've been better on the side. Ordered the grouper came out completely burned and dry , it said it came with colorful carrots which turned out to be less than one minced carrot on top of the fish. Steak was nothing special ordered the ribeye it was flavorless and not as well marbled as they described it. Risotto was mushy. Best part was the Brussels sprouts , I would go back just for Brussels sprouts .
Birthday dinner on Sat night was outstanding! Crab cake appetizer, salads, Prime rib and pork chop were all well prepared, plated & delicious. Service by Alex was top notch - he explained some wine options, dinner selections and desserts. He was very attentive, patient, well spoken and made the experience outstanding.

Very good-the Bacon appetizer, Smoked Cajun wings, enlightened your taste buds, My Blackened tuna was ok ( not on menu ) cooked to perfection, the Blackening seasoning was off set by salty taste great , on the bottom side of the Tuna.

Thank you so much to the sweet staff for helping me and my fiancé celebrate our engagement today!! All the staff we saw congratulated us and they even gave us a free dessert 💕 The petite filet and ribeye were both phenomenal!! I work at a butcher shop so I’m a little spoiled when it comes to the steak quality that I’m used to, but I cleared my entire plate tonight! We’ll definitely be back!
