KD was incredible! As a Muslim, I informed him that I can’t consume pork. He prepared some fries without bacon, and let me tell you, they were absolutely amazing. A huge shoutout to the entire crew!

These guys were awesome !! My husband and I are on a restrictive diet and when asked if they could make us a philly without a bun they were more than accommodating. The owner was genuinely kind and friendly and the rest of there staff was absolutely wonderful will be coming here every time we shop at the mall from now on!

Came for lunch with my two kids, the WORST EXPERIENCE EVER spent 40.00 on burnt food that nobody would fix bor refund. Employees were confrontational and very rude.. definitely not recommended.

The last time I went to Charley's at the mall, I ordered a sub with no veggies and they ended up putting all of the veggies on the sub. When I confronted them about it, they told me to "pick off the vegetables" Needless to say I haven't been back there since. The food was ok, but the bad service will always turn me away from eating there again. The fact that people still have issues with the employees just says a lot about this restaurant.

THEFT THEFT THEFT

Me and my daughter went there for lunch and my total was $22.15, I have alerts set notify me every time my card is authorized. The card reader was not working and so I handed him my card. I then got an alert that it was authorized for $26.50

I asked him about it and he seemed surprised in a fake way. When he said he couldn't figure out what happened, I asked to speak to a manager. When the manager came out, he seemed instantly angry while he looked at the employee but proceeded to tell me the price of each sandwich. the total on my receipt should match the total on my bank app despite the prive for individual sandwiches 🤣. There was no reason for nearly a $5 difference

The manager proceeded to shake his fingers in my face and told his employee to not say anything else as if he was already guilty. This was THEFT and when I called them out, they got mad. I will be paying for all of my food in cash from now on.

If I could give this -5 starts I would. The “owner” is very rude and does not know how to handle situations. I needed my sandwhich remade because they put cheese and my husband is allergic. When I went to get it remade the girls had no issue. I was standing there waiting and the “owner” yells at me that I need to order my sandwich right and I said excuse me I did you didn’t put it right and then he yells in waisting his money (the girl out the food in a to go box by the way for her im assuming) so then he proceeded to have a all out yelling match with me and tells me to leave his store I said it’s the mall I don’t have to leave then he says I will get security to make you leave! He is rude unprofessional and I will never ever give my money to this place again and I suggest you don’t either!

The restaurant is located in the mall, so you're sitting in a open mall setting. The service was pretty good. Guys behind the counter and the food was almost great. To I think firehouse sub Outranks charlie's Buy a little bit..

Parking: It's more parking so if you get there at the right time, there's plenty of parking you get there at the wrong time. You might walk a little.

Kid-friendliness: It's a mall setting.Kids can run all over the place as long as they're not breaking stuff and stealing stuff from running into people

Wheelchair accessibility: Pretty wide openings around the seating area and definitely wide openings around the restaurant
