The restaurant is located in the mall, so you're sitting in a open mall setting. The service was pretty good. Guys behind the counter and the food was almost great. To I think firehouse sub Outranks charlie's Buy a little bit..

The girl taking our order seemed less than enthused to be working. Wasn't very friendly. I got a medium size sandwich with chicken. The bread was the best part of the sandwich, there was a bite I had that was hard...kinda put my appetite off. The fries were great...I had high hopes but wish I'd gone to another food place to be honest. I probably wouldn't go back. I've had some amazing Philly style sandwiches elsewhere and was hoping this would cure my craving....
