It was very busy and long drive thru line, but they got my food out before I even knew. Everything I had got in the photo was unbelievably free due to the code moo rewards, and a free desert card.

There was an older black woman walking around and asking people if they would like free refills. At the same time, she was multi tasking by sweeping, cleaning and refilling sauces, straws, etc. She was doing outstanding. It was also extremely busy for a Tuesday. The employees took it like pros and were getting orders out as fast as possible. There was one girl who I overheard talking about how busy it was. I heard her telling everyone how great of a job they were doing for how unexpectedly busy they were. Still, with as busy as it was, I got my order out in only a couple minutes. Couldn’t have asked for better customer service and had a great lunch!

This was by far the Best Chick-fil-A we have ever had. Fries were perfect- crosser, lightly salted, fresh and hot! Nuggets are always good!
Very disappointed. Waited 20 minutes for 5 nuggets and a side salad. My friend ordered at the same time with more food, and was given her order 10 minutes in. People who ordered behind me with much bigger orders were served ahead of me. It was very frustrating to watch and continue to be told that they were making it only to watch other people behind us pick theirs up.

I guess the on tacosa road has poor management. They seemed to not staff enough people. It’s 56 degrees and there is no one out taking orders and line around the corner. It’s just not As efficient.
