I put an order through the app and they forgot half of my order and when I called the woman on the phone said to call doordash and she couldn't do anything about it. Which I get but still trough doordash I did not get a refund. If I am spending money on food I expect to get the food period. Disappointing, if you are going to use the app don't use this location might as well wait the extra time to go through the georgia location.

Fries were old, the taste was nasty oil was too old, bc they looked dark !!! That was the only reason why I didn’t like it!!!

Visted 12.23.2024. The Food and Service were amazing despite the Mall being crowded with Holiday Shoppers. KUDOS to the entire staff for serving fresh and delicious food.
As someone who works in the mall I come atleast once a week and everytime i go everyone is working really hard. The amount of rude people they have to deal with day in and day out shocks me. They are very hard workers and need to be appreciated more, fast food at this level isn’t for the week.

This Chick Fil A just hits different. Probably one of the best in town and I got to eat the Chicken Honey Pimento Sandwich which was amazing...best menu item they have ever had !!!
Surprisingly, the seating area wasn’t very clean. Order arrived half fulfilled. Interaction with an employee wasn’t typical of other restaurant standards. No ice cream option.
