Literally the best Chic Fil A in Amarillo! Every single employee has upstanding customer service and they're all extremely nice people. I come in almost everyday since i work in the mall and just too lazy to pack my lunches. Every time i show up, they always greet me with a smile and always make me feel welcomed, not even a Mom and Pop shop has made me as happy with the experience as i have had with these people.

I put an order through the app and they forgot half of my order and when I called the woman on the phone said to call doordash and she couldn't do anything about it. Which I get but still trough doordash I did not get a refund. If I am spending money on food I expect to get the food period. Disappointing, if you are going to use the app don't use this location might as well wait the extra time to go through the georgia location.
