We went through the drive through and ordered we asked for chick-fil-a sauce and when they handed us the bag we asked “is there chick-fil-a sauce?” they responded yes, I look in the bag … no chick-fil-a sauce so we went through the drive through again and got the sauce, get home I try the sprite and it’s literally carbonated water lmao

Drive-thru .... First time .... and horrible. Awful service. Guy walked away with my credit card, without even asking me... he just walked about 15-20 ft away with my card. Even though he was wearing the pos machine. Long wait ... sick employee coughing all over the food inside drive through. Manager just wanted to argue. She sounded sick too. When the food arrived, I gave it back and got a refund. It was 63° out and they also had an infrared heater blaring hot air into the driver's side window and it was so hot that I had to pull further forward. The side of my face became very red. Tried rolling my window up but it heated the inside of my car. Manager didn't care at all. Never again.

This is the most dysfunctional Chick-fi-a I have ever been to. In fact, I’ve never ever even been disappointed with any CFA until this one. First of all, the parking lot and drive thru is ridiculously confusing. Signs are contradictory and it will require you to circle the property 3 times to even figure out how to enter. The worst problem with this CFA is that the franchise owner seems to have missed out on the efficiency class that all other CFAs on the planet aced with flying colors. Don’t bother placing a mobile order here, you will still be trapped in the drive thru with one team member slowly processing each and every order. And then, when you finally reach the window, go ahead and prepare yourself for another 15 minute wait because the mobile order you placed didn’t actually do anything to help you get your food out to you sooner.

In the past week I visited a Chick-fil-A in the DFW area and this location in Plainview. In the morning my go to meal are two breakfast fillets only the chicken if my husband's with me. He also gets the same thing. It generally cost around $9 and we get all the hits of protein that we need. The difference between the DFW area, breakfast filet and the Plainview breakfast fillet was remarkable. Dfw was full juicy and had a lot of crunch. The Plainview breakfast fillet was small dry flat while I'm going for the protein. It is amazing. The difference that biting into a moist juicy mouthful of Joy covered with good crunch makes between that and the flat dry little fillet of the Plainview location. In addition, a senior drink was provided free of charge in the DFW area whilst Plainview no longer provides that senior drink.
