the last 3 times ive gone through the drive thru they people are either border line rude like they dont care or my order is wrong. i love chick fil a but the service quality at this location seems to be going downhill. i know people will make mistakes but after ive repeated myself 3 times that i want large and pull around to get given a medium sized meal its quite frustraiting. its not hard to listen to someones order..
