This location has went downhill since George isn’t the operator anymore…they ask for your name and when you get your food the name is wrong every single time…food is cold fries are horrible now. Employees are no longer friendly. Very slow service

Not up to Chick-fil-A standards. Drive thru is ridiculously long and slow. Drinks are topped to the max with ice and barely any liquid.

I stop at this location at least four times a week for breakfast and they always do great! My favorite is Saturday morning when whoever is working in the kitchen does a great job of actually filling up the breakfast bowl!!! Thank you!!

Unfortunately the service, food and atmosphere was not up to the 5 star standard that precedes the name. On Dec. 14th I ordered a meal inside as a 'to-go' order. Several employees were behind the counter but not all of them were busy. Waited near the counter for my name to be called so after a more than reasonable amount of time I inquired. My meal was passed to me without any acknowledgement by the employee who appeared to be a supervisor. My meal was cold.

My little brother went in today and ordered a kids meal with mac and cheese. First off, he didn’t get his mac and cheese. Our cashier was very rude and we could barely hear him. When my brother asked for a Dr. Pepper, our cashier just stared at him, even though he forgot to give it to us. And he didn’t even my pleasure.
The people who took our order was very disrespectful, such a waste of our time.

We never have any issue with this location until today. They can’t even train a staff to take an order right or communication skill to communicate with customer. The cashier asked us to pay when we didn’t even finish the order, then she cried and the whole store looked at us like we did something wrong to her. It was ridiculous when the operational manager blame on us that we were disrespectful to her. It was ridiculous. Your staff need to be trained better, or quit a job if you can’t repeat the order to customer or ask them to pay separate or together. Will not go back to this location! Recommend others avoid this location if you don’t want their staff ruin your dinner or your orders.
