I drove all the way from colorado to come to chicken express. The worker Austin took my order and was so sweet. He let the staff know we came from colorado for this chicken and asked them to make sure it was perfect for us. The food was amazing.
We did an online order- it was dinner rush so we expected a longer wait time. But ordering online we thought it’d be a little faster. We have a 1yr old so we did drive thru instead of getting him out. I’m also 9 months pregnant and can’t walk much. - I gave them my name for the order 2 times and they told us to pull forward and they would bring it to our car. When I did I saw a Togo bag on the counter but assumed that was someone inside probably. We were there for an hour, 30 minutes in the drive thru line and 30 minutes parked waiting. My husband goes inside and that bag on the counter for the last 30 minutes minimum, it was our food. It sat there getting cold for 30 minutes. It had my name on it, the name I gave them 2 times. So now we have wasted an hour here for cold food that cost $30 but we took it and left because god knows how much longer we would have been there. My husband called to talk to the manager, they told him they couldn’t find them, then they acted like they didn’t know why we called, and then they hung up. Just awful awful service. The boy at the window was very nice and not to blame.

Never in my life would I go back to Chicken Express. First of all, the guy at the window was very rude—he gave off total McDonald’s worker energy. He kept interrupting me, which is the exact reason he messed up my order. Then, when he finally gave me the food, he just handed it to me and shut the window. He didn’t say anything at all, so I didn’t even know if I had all of my food. He just shut the window like that was it. I would not recommend this Chicken Express at all.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We had a great experience at Chicken Express! The staff was incredibly patient while my large family placed our order, which I truly appreciated. They communicated so well with each other, especially when cars were pulling up, making sure every guest was helped smoothly and efficiently.
The team even brought our meals out to us and remained kind and patient the entire time. It’s rare to see staff communicate and work together this well. Definitely a must-stop spot — we loved it and will be back!

I went in today and was served by Jackie or whoever was at the register @6:15pm 09/24/2025 but them most rudest coustmer service I’ve had in a minute…keep in mind wasn’t even that busy she kept talking over us we ask her about the substitution for the drink and she catches am attitude and to top it off as we ask for sauces she shuts the door in our face…this is not how a customer is supposed to be treated and I hope they get her act together…off the window or off the team
