AVOID THIS LOCATION!! I wish I could give zero stars. I should've left when I saw people bailing out of the drive-thru line before I got to the window. Waited 30 MINUTES for fish meal. Sides were wrong, no hush puppies were in the box... when I asked about it they told me it would be another 3 Minutes. SERIOUSLY???? I would've left also, but I had already paid. The potatoes were AWFUL!! Grainy, watered down mush... GROSS! Rachel at the window looked high as a kite. In the mean time people are bailing out of the line behind me. This place has to be losing a crap ton of money with all the people leaving before getting their food due to the wait. It is AWFUL!! Do NOT go there.

I had a DoorDash delivery order go awry. They handled everything very professionally, and made things right without hesitation. The food was fresh and delicious. Thank you to the great staff!
I had recently ordered from uber eats and I couldn't get my order because of the restaurant for whatever reason I had to cancel my whole order after that I did not get my refund back so I just wasted $17 down the drain. Never will I order from Uber eats to get Chicken Express from them.

I have been there twice and both times I asked for okra and fries and have NEVER gotten my fries. I work in the food industry and I can promise you it is not hard to miss such a small thing like this. Lazy workers just there for the money.

Went through the drive thru and got a 4 piece spicy strip dinner with Okra and fries. Got home all the way across town and plain strips no Okra at all. I called and asked for a manager,whoever answered said they were so I told them the problem she said hold on. Another person Raquel? Told me I could come back tomorrow and get my okra...like what?? So I asked about a partial refund since I paid card and lived so far but she told me I would have to go all the way back tonight to get a refund. I said forget it and will never return. You pay a good amount plus they charge extra to pay with a card to not even get your order correct. Nor do they want to make it right in anyway. Worst Chicken express in town if you ask me,glad I have other options!! Only 1 star because I couldn't give zero
