I've always preferred chicken express tenders until today. They had to much breading and very little chicken inside. What chicken there was was tough. I let my dog eat most of it because it was so bad. The service was good. But the chicken was horrible. Ill go to churches next time.

First time at a chicken express, wanted to dine in took a long time to get the food. Then we didn't get spoons or forks when I went to the counter I was told they didn't have any and the manager didn't seem to concerned I asked what I was supposed to eat the mash potatoes and gravy with. He said they didn't get any on the last truck. Here is an idea Mr manager go down to the dollar store with a couple of dollars and get some until the next delivery truck comes, Think outside the box Skippy.

Went to Chicken Express tonight on I40 and Coulter. Megan is amazing! She is such a hard worker! So courteous to customers and to her coworkers! She's just amazing and I hope someone knows what a great job she does even when she doesn't think anyone is watching! She is literally running all over place with a big beaming smile the whole time! Thanks Megan you brightened my day!

Cute place. Convenient to school. Fair prices. Service very good. Food fresh. Hush puppies were not totally cooked inside but outside was decent. Good little spot for a quick chicken craving. Sweet tea was barely okay - didn't drink it after a couple sips. Make Sweet Tea at home. Always better. Biscuit was good! Have fun y'all!

In general, I enjoy Chicken Express and have had great experiences—especially at the Tascosa Road location. Unfortunately, the last two visits to the Coulter location have been really disappointing.
The chicken was cold, greasy, and clearly had been sitting out for a long time. It tasted old and unappetizing. The mac and cheese, which used to be a decent side, was so bad both times we didn’t even eat it. For a $58 family meal, this is unacceptable.
This location is rarely busy, so there’s really no excuse for serving food that tastes like leftovers. From now on, I’ll gladly drive a little farther to the Tascosa Road location where the quality is consistently better.
Coulter location—either get it together or shut it down. Customers deserve better than this.

They took forever to take my order then forever to give me my order just for me to get home and find my order was wrong! Then I called and she said I had to come back to get the missing items now because that's their rule! Poor customer service all the way around
