Went through the drive thru and got a 4 piece spicy strip dinner with Okra and fries. Got home all the way across town and plain strips no Okra at all. I called and asked for a manager,whoever answered said they were so I told them the problem she said hold on. Another person Raquel? Told me I could come back tomorrow and get my okra...like what?? So I asked about a partial refund since I paid card and lived so far but she told me I would have to go all the way back tonight to get a refund. I said forget it and will never return. You pay a good amount plus they charge extra to pay with a card to not even get your order correct. Nor do they want to make it right in anyway. Worst Chicken express in town if you ask me,glad I have other options!! Only 1 star because I couldn't give zero

I went through the drive through, and they always have a great attitude , a genuine smile and just seem so happy to be at their job! Some of the other restaurants here in our city should be taking lessons about how to get it right! The service was so quick, so hot, and I knew I had yet another review to address!Parking: They always have plenty of parking, even in most busiest day!Kid-friendliness: There’s something about this restaurant, bc I know they have plenty of kid friendly menus!When I’ve went inside several times before, they always have plenty of seating and the restaurant is always so clean!Wheelchair accessibility: There are several wheelchair assessable tables, the bathroom is great and there’s designated parking for the wheelchair patients!
Worst Chicken Express! I paid full price for a CHICKEN TENDER meal and didn't get the chicken!!! I mean it IS a chicken only menu! So when I called to let them know, and the girl with the attitude said I could bring the box back so they could look in it! Like obviously I wanted the chicken! So I went back and got a refund instead of the chicken because I was not about to let them have my business or money! I spilled the gravy! The worst part is it was for my kids! Thank you Whataburger for coming thru for the hungry minions!!

I came to this Chicken Express for a quick meal to have in my hotel room. This location is shared with a service station. At first it looks sketchy but the parking lot is clean and the place appears to be well maintained. The interior has a spacious dining area and is clean. I ordered three pieces of chicken and a 9-piece gizzards. They were out of dark meat chicken so I settled for white meat. It took a few minutes for them to cook up the gizzards and the staff is overall friendly. I brought the food back to my hotel room. The chicken stayed hot and the pieces were generous. The gizzards, however, were smaller pieces than what I have encountered at other Chicken Express locations. Overall I had a decent meal that meet expectations. In sum, this Chicken Express location is a good place to grab a fast food meal.

Then answered the phone in the middle of my order while cussing on the phone and made me wait 4 minutes for her to finish her conversation before finishing my order then ignored me when she didn’t give me my full order. Love the spicy chicken strips!! Normally they're pretty fast at the drive-through (if you've been to Whataburger's drive through, you'll appreciate what I'm saying) and it's always service with a smile! My only criticism is their gravy. It either needs some zipping up or perhaps start offering a brown gravy option. I've eaten inside a few times and it's always clean and tidy inside which is comforting. Nice ambiance.

Walked in and was greeted by the sweetest crew today around 130pm! Talked a bit ate... made me feel like a homey mom and pap restaurant. This establishment is connected to a gas station with clean bathrooms. The cashier Tarra was so friendly too. We were just passing through from Vegas on our way to Dallas. Chicken was perfect. Corn nuggets and fries were hot and crispy! Yall, you have got to dip the tenders in their Sweet Baby Ray's Honey Hot Sauce. Mmmmmmmmmmmmmm!

I absolutely love Chicken E, but this is absolutely the worst one I’ve ever been to, and the worst food I’ve been sold in years, without a doubt. Half our tenders were beef jerky level tough and inedible, family size side of okra was completely over cooked and hard to even chew. Mashed potatoes weren’t even mixed properly and were powdery. Even the Diet Coke had a foul taste to it, maybe they need to clean the lines or expired syrup who knows.. it’s seriously like the two employees (sweaty man, grumpy lady) there were actively trying to sabotage the place in every way. Whoever owns this place, if you care an ounce about your business you need to thoroughly retrain your employees or fire them asap before you get people sick. It’s unethical to rob people of their money like this. Unfortunately we were just passing through town and were too far behind schedule to turn around and get our money back, but for anyone reading this DO NOT EAT HERE.
