I am extremely upset with the quality of food but not in the way that you’re thinking. It tasted great and I was so full after eating all of it. But unfortunately the ingredients used in the mayonnaise(which should be homemade) being that is their most used ingredient. Included soybean oil/msg/modified food starch/ high fructose corn syrup… that’s only 1/8 of the ingredients that I care to read off. Don’t be fooled THIS IS NOT A HEALTH FOOD RESTAURANT. It’s quite the opposite. If they would just use real salt and made things from scratch it would hit so much harder.

We visited for the first time last weekend and loved it! Teresa was so sweet. She gave us a few samples so we could figure out what to order. The atmosphere is cute, clean and we will be coming back when we are in town again. Perfect summertime food!

This place is awesome. I have been here several times. I have been waited on by several people but they have all been very nice and helpful. The food is delicious and you really must try the white chocolate cream cheese cake!!

I have been here twice and ordered the chicken salad BLT. I ordered online, and the first time it didn't have the BLT portion. To be fair, the employee did check the box before she gave it to me, and asked me if it was supposed to have the BLT. I figured that was automatically put on it, considering it's a BLT! Lol, I ordered a few days ago, and it had the lettuce and tomato, but no bacon. Regardless, the sandwich was really good to me. The cashier was nice.

If you order from Chicken Salad Chick, ALWAYS CHECK YOUR ORDER BEFORE LEAVING. Today I ordered three trios for pick up from Chicken Salad Chick for a special luncheon with friends that had been planned for days. I was in charge of our food. I chose to pick up from what has been a favorite-Chicken Salad Chick. When I arrived at my destination, after picking up my food, I realized that the soup for all three trios was missing. I was so frustrated, because one third of our lunch was missing, which made for a very meager lunch. I was 25 munutes from CSC and couldnt return there pick up the MISSING soups. I thought to call the restaurant with expectations of them offering to do whatever to maje things right. When I called, the manager would not speak to me. She told the young man that answered the phone to refund me $12. for the soup. That was it. Her lack of attention to my problem insulted me and left me with a very bitter feeling for the management of Chicken Salad Chick. Our entire lunch was ruined and I was so embarrassed. Had the manager taken the time and spoken directly to me and offered to comp the meal, I would be writing a completely different review and telling how great Chicken Salad Chick is and that they took responsibility and made things right for their mistake. However, $12 refund didn't even come close yo fixing my problem and honestly felt like a slap in my face. I don't think the manager gave a rip about my ruined meal. Lesson learned-ALWAYS CHECK...and don't exoect the management at Chicken Salad Chick to care.
Today 1/23/25 I called the Chicken Salad Chick because I made a mistake on my online order, I spoke with Michelle W. V. And she was so helpful with fixing my mistake! When I got home and opened my food the container had the sweetest message wrote on it, she made my day 😊 thank you for being the best customer service and I appreciate you!

I went with my mom about a month ago. I was greated by amazing staff who truly care about giving you the best experience. This was my first time trying this restaurant and it truly didn’t not disappoint! I would so recommend this place! Food was AMAZING and the staff were equally as great!!
