“There was an older black woman walking around and asking people if they would like free refills. At the same time, she was multi tasking by sweeping, cleaning and refilling sauces, straws, etc. She was doing outstanding.
It was also extremely busy for a Tuesday. The employees took it like pros and were getting orders out as fast as possible. There was one girl who I overheard talking about how busy it was. I heard her telling everyone how great of a job they were doing for how unexpectedly busy they were.
Still, with as busy as it was, I got my order out in only a couple minutes.
Couldn’t have asked for better customer service and had a great lunch!“

“They're all good! I picked up a Spicy Chicken Sandwich and some nuggets for the dogs at this one in Amarillo. I like their lemonade, I like their sandwiches. I like their chicken. The only thing I don't like is the french fries. The waffle fries are always limp and cold.No matter which outlet I go to. However the staff are always on point friendly and attentive. The young woman who took my order was doing a great job in spite of the fact that the setting western sun was constantly in her eyes. Everything is always clean. And the chicken is great.“

“Absolutely amazing to be working here. It’s a great experience to be apart of this team, starting this journey with many others. I was very lucky to get this job and be here for the grand opening. The food is amazing as always!!!

“I ordered my lunch from there, and must admit, this little restaurant is always spot on with their customer service! I went through the drive through, and they always have a great attitude , a genuine smile and just seem so happy to be at their job! Some of the other restaurants here in our city should be taking lessons about how to get it right! The service was so quick, so hot, and I knew I had yet another review to address!
Parking: They always have plenty of parking, even in most busiest day!
Kid-friendliness: There’s something about this restaurant, bc I know they have plenty of kid friendly menus!When I’ve went inside several times before, they always have plenty of seating and the restaurant is always so clean!
Wheelchair accessibility: There are several wheelchair assessable tables, the bathroom is great and there’s designated parking for the wheelchair patients!“

“Guy at the window was very nice. Sticky rice was great, I wish there was a better sauce and maybe better containers for it because it's messy. The chicken unfortunately is super overcooked and dry, but maybe I picked up at non-prime chicken time. I'll probably be back for rice if I can find a sauce to go with it. Thanks guys!“
