The food was good. Are waitress was wonderful. The reason for only three stars is you really need to clean your BATHROOMS. The Manger on duty was making the waitress redo there tables over and over. Why don't you manage the bathrooms. The tables were great. Praying for the staff at this location.

Our waiter, Taylor, was unexceptional. He never introduced himself, was aloof and didn’t check on us after we received our food, got an order wrong, refused to acknowledge the table when we tried to get his attention, never apologized for the wrong order and was rude after we had to speak to a manager to get the order corrected. We also waited over an hour for our food in a mostly empty dining room. Worst experience I’ve ever had at a Chili’s restaurant. There was however, a bright spot within the host whose name I didn’t get. He was polite, apologetic, and accommodating. We made sure to tip the host for making up what the waiter lacked.

Food was great. We absolutely loved the Mozerella sticks with its sauce!The burgers where a bit salty, but its one of the rare times I enjoy a hamburger (Chili's secret sauce burger).The service is good and ambiance was also calm. Recommended.

It really depends on the shift I guess. On one shift I've ordered boneless chicken wings and got food that was hot, and proportionate. On the other shift they were served to me cold and we're tiny scrap pieces. Long story short, we just decided to buy our own chicken wings and cook them ourselves. It's too expensive to get rationalized when we overpay for scraps that appeared to be left over from previous orders as they were all cold.

I love this place!I'm usually there early around 3 ish, Rudy is always great and quick to serve. Kimmy is also very good as well as John! These people are the reason why I go back almost every week, they always get the order right and very attentive! I highly recommend this location.
