It took so long that we had to start playing cards and then the food came out looking and tasting awful. My friend’s food was not cooked the way they wanted, but the server Laura, was really nice and was doing a great job

We waited for about 45 minutes for our food after being told it would be right out. I have never had to write a review before. By the time our food came out the fries were cold on everyone’s plate. My friend’s steak was NOT what they asked for and I swear my burger was cold minus the “Mayo” that seemed to be something MUCH different. The only good thing about this place and our experience was the server so thank you to that woman.

i like chilis, but this location has not been very good the past few times i have been there. I went, they weren't very busy but it took a long time to get someone to come wait on us. Then, when they finally did it took at least 45 minutes to get our food and it wasnt even correct. They seemed short staffed and they kept saying things that made me think the kitchen was confused and backed up even though they werent busy. It just seemed like it wasnt very well managed.

Me and my friends came on a relatively busy night but we were still greeted at a reasonable time and met with great service as soon as we stepped into the restaurant! Our server Callie was even better and we adored our time here with her! Thank you Chili’s for having such amazing employees!

Staff is mediocre at best. Food was terrible bland very much so tasteless. I don't think I've ever had food this bad ever. I will never be going back to this place. My drinks tasted like soap and grease. I have no clue how this place is still I'm business.
