I had the 3 for $10.99 special. Shared my chips and salsa because there was more than enough. The big burger came with fries. I took advantage of the cheesecake as well. I brought half the cheeseburger home because I was full. Really good.

I always enjoy eating at Chili's because my family and I have yet to have a bad experience or bad food. However, the lack of a full five star review lies in the fact that with our most recent visit my food allergy was overlooked despite having informed our server about it at least twice. We don't know if the issue was a lack of communication among the staff or a lack of knowledge about the food or both, but needless to say, my food had to be remade because of it.In short, while Chili's is still a great place to go, you might want to skip it altogether if you have a food allergy, especially if it's a severe one. A simple swap of an ingredient on their part would have left me in pain for days had I not caught it.

Laura our server was very kind but was overwhelmed with how busy it was.My wife and I each ordered a 3 for me. We were brought our drinks by our server. This then followed a 20 minute wait for entrees that was delivered by someone else and we’re missing our soup and my wife’s salad. (Don’t mind waiting it’s busy and a Saturday night I understand. Just added to the described issue below.)Manager Chris in an orange shirt came by and asked how everything was? I asked for our items he said “Do you want them or I’ll adjust your bill?”We asked how can you adjust a bill for something we’re paying for and the price includes it? He just was rude kept saying he could and when I insisted I wanted the missing items still, he raised his voice & stormed off. Will never go back to that location again sorry. I’m not one to complain but as a manager, sheesh do better.

Consistently the the worst Chili’s I’ve ever experienced.I live one block away from this location, in the nicest part of Amarillo.I try them every two years just in case they actually got a manager who cares enough to hold there staff to a reasonable standard of excellence.Parking: This review is NOT about parking!!It’s about the terrible food quality and pathetic service that this location has consistently exhibited over the last 10 years

Slow night few diners in restaurant. Our wait staff were friendly and greeting as we entered and shown to a table and sitted. Drink orders were taken, giving time to look at the menu and make our selection. Our waiter was great at listening to our specific request for our food and noted special requests for preparation. Appreciated the chefs in the kitchen for attention to specific requests of our food.Dietary restrictions: In ordering food, I'm on a salt restricted diet and conscious of other restrictions. The wait staff was knowledgeable about the food and limitations they can reasonably accommodate. Food came out with a request for preparation to my specific needs.Parking: Light business night, when we were there. Parking was not a problem. If it is a weekend or there is a major event going on like basketball, other sports or local attractions, parking can be difficult.Wheelchair accessibility: Handicap parking is limited to spaces directly in front of entry to the building. There are just a few spaces available.

Chips were super greasy and overly salty. Not really editable.Bartender and my waiter wasn't around to follow up on my food order. Served me my drink, toom my order and was mostly history.
