Ordered a quesadilla with side of rice, beans, and chili corn salsa. I also added the veggie fajitas but they usually put it in the quesadilla. I did not get the chili corn salsa and they put a very small portion of the beans.

This is the worst Chipotle I’ve ever been to. First of all, it’s extremely LOUD in there. They have the music super LOUD which is probably meant to drown out the complaints. Secondly, the food quality is very hit or miss. It does not have that guaranteed freshness that chipotle is known for. Thirdly, better hope that whomever is preparing your meal isn’t having a bad day because your meal is a direct reflection of their mood. Lastly…it’s sacrilegious to not have ice. I’ve gone a total of 3 times and each time has been a disaster.

Music was so loud that I had to raise my voice to order and had a hard time hearing the staff.
No white rice and a 20 minute wait for it. Burrito was one of the smallest I have had and I had to go back to get my chips and guac because they didn’t add it to the order (maybe they couldn’t here me over the loud music)

I used to have no problems here. Food was good although pricey, which i mean it is chipotle so its to be expected. The last 3 or 4 times I’ve come here the chicken has been burnt and lacking the same flavor it used to have. This time i went and was yet again disappointed when I opened my burrito and it was quite literally folded into a square. Chicken was once again burnt and was for some reason overflowing with beans.

This place is hit and miss. Always skimping on a single portion of meat and the ratio of ingredients is always different. Either too much lemon or jalapeños, but the roof of my mouth was so irritated from something. This is how my bowl looked when I opened it, and when I moved the guacamole, I noticed there still was barely any meat in there. This place is too expensive to not receive an adequate amount of meat.

I was really looking forward to eating a bowl from Chipotle today, but was very disappointed with the quality of their brisket. I ordered two brisket bowls online. The brisket in both bowls was full of gristle. For $42, I expected better quality than this. I should not have to specify the quality of meat when I order, it should be a given. Cudos for the guacamole.

I really liked this place back when I lived in Commiefornia but I'm never going back to this location. All the employees at the counter were very unfriendly, ordered burrito with nothing else and it was $14.61! They also changed the salsa/sauces for the worse. Don't bother with this place, your money is better spent elsewhere.
