I was told that they are not allowed to put a tortilla in the bowl before adding rice, beans etc.

I've been to dozens of Chipotle locations and they always allowed this without question.

For this sad and disappointing inconvenience, I can only give this location 4-stars.

They were 45 minutes late getting our food.

Went in 45 minutes before closing and they advised us they would not be refilling any of the food. They were completely out of all meats, most of the beans, and many of the other toppings but would not be restocking it before closing. This was not disclosed until we were at the counter despite there being a long line behind us.

Management here has gone to crap recently. No one cares. Apathetic staff, always out of something, don’t know what they’re doing, and the main entrance was locked well into business hours. Even after the local fire dept. happened to be in for lunch and notified staff that the door was locked it remained locked for the 30+ minutes I was there.
There is some serious oversight needed here!

Ordered last night thru door dash. Ordered three corn tortilla tacos with black beans fajita veggies and guac and this is what I got.

No veggies. A few beans in each. A glob of guac not cared about. Neither did I get the salsa I ordered. They were also cold and if I wasn't so so hungry.. these would have been INEDIBLE! I want my money back ! $15 for three pieces of crap..

Stopped in to grab lunch last week and place was moderately busy. Tons of employees behind the counter, which is normal at the restaurant was in poor shape. All the tables were dirty. Trash was completely full. No one was cleaning the lobby. No manager in sight. Most disturbing part was the long-haired long bearded gentleman cooking on the grill with no hairnet on his beard or hair. I’m not saying there was hair in the food, but very easily could fall into the food with no Internet. Kind of gross. Not sure where the normal manager is she always did a great job. Maybe she moved to any store.

Don’t even. Sure the bowl was full. But overall not worth $20 bucks. They ran out of cheese completely only option was queso. Sodas all were flat and sweet tea tasted the same as unsweet tea. Ice wasn’t in the machine. Trashes full as well.

Dirty, trashes over filled,no Ice in the machine, no employees at the front to help us get our online order. Never received our order after waiting 40 minutes.they were all hiding in the back. Sorry place save your time and money. Food is to expensive for such a crappy place and service

We walked in and weren’t greeted that’s okay not a big deal. We stood there for about 5 minutes mind you there is no customers in this restaurant so we are just standing there looking stupid while the employees were chit chatting amongst themselves. Which is also fine but customer service is key. They had no food ready both rice bowls were empty and they walked around like they didn’t know what to do. They not once said give us just a moment to make the food or we will be with you in just a moment. Completely ignored it was so weird. We just walked out went somewhere else.

I don’t understand how Chipotles corporate hasn’t gotten ahold of this restaurant. I’m never the type to make a nasty review but I’ve been to this location a handful of times over the past year and each time has been a horrible experience. The customer service is non existent, you walk up to the counter with a smile and don’t get one in return. When we got to the cash register the cashier and another employee were complaining about how long the line was and looked lifeless. No passion in that store. The food was cold and lukewarm at best. I will not be going back and will choose a cheaper and less expensive alternative in Qdoba.

Very disappointed in what this place has become and what food service is now. Placed an order for take out and when I got home one of our items was completely wrong which I understand it’s a busy dinner service. I try to call the restaurant and it’s all automated. You cannot talk to anyone over the phone besides chipotle customer service. So after they give me a coupon for an entree and drive back to pick up another order. My second order doesn’t have double chicken and no one seems to care. About an issue, about the mess in the dining room or the trash over flowing. These people do not care. I will not be back

Ordered a burrito bowl through DoorDash. It was sealed and everything but when I open it, there’s no utensils. How are you supposed to eat a burrito bowl without a utensil or fork?

The tables and floors were filthy. Who knows how clean the kitchen was. First appearances are everything and we just turned around and walked out
