The one on Georgia is definitely better. Its seems like this new staff is still trying to get it together.

We were excited about this Chipotle being so close to our house and ordered online for our first time there. We should have checked our food before we left but did not. All of our meals were missing rice. Not sure if they ran out but they should have at least subbed it? Sadly all of our food was cold and not really up to par of what Chipotle is. We might just end up sticking to the one on Georgia.

Dirty table, bad service, extremely slow. For a 6pm visit on a Saturday I would expect to have to wait. Waiting 20 min to even be helped is ridiculous. One person at the counter making food alone. From the reviews I already saw nothing will be done. Avoid this place.

When I came in at 1:58 pm I came to pick up an order and the cashier told one of the workers that I was here. Remember her name, but she was the only black girl there and she looked at me and she looked at the cashier and said “I ain’t going to make that because I’m about to go home”
The poor cashier looked annoyed and she went back there and made my order so kudos to her and from someone who’s been in the restaurant industry for over 10 years. I truly found that extremely disrespectful, rude, most of all the hospitality just was not there I was shocked

First time to give Chipotle a try, so placed an online order. Long story short, after an hour of waiting finally gave up and went somewhere else. Highly unlikely to give them my business.
Terrible experience the facility is filthy and poorly maintained not to mention customer service is horrible. This location is just as bad as the other locations here in Amarillo.

This location won't last long with the current management . The food is good. The dining room is filthy . The tables aren't cleaned there's food on the floor. The workers move around like they don't care . I would bring in a management team that can properly run this place . The counter top where they place food has got trash on it . Rude shift manager. Young thin woman with dark hair. Running out of fajitas veggies and carne asada. Didn't really get what we wanted and paid $37 for tacos, a bowl and chips/guac.
