Food was disgusting cold dry when tried to call and complain. They say you wanna drive all the way back up here and we’ll replace it but you must bring us all of our chicken like they insinuated. We were trying to pull a scam. Unacceptable.

Chicken was good but one of the most direst restaurants I have ever been it the dining room was the dirty and the bathrooms were filthy this needs to get corrected ASAP, this tells me they have a General Manager that does not care about his or her store

I was craving the crispy juicy chicken, sadly dried up and overcooked is what I ended up with. Went around noon and ordered the 3 piece all white combo. The chicken was either left under the heat lamp too long or way overcooked, possibly both situation is what I believe happened. This was the worst excuse for fried chicken. Threw it straight in the trash after spending $15 on it. So disappointed.

Didn't have jalapeños,no honey, didn't give us our biscuits that we had to wait an additional 5 mins for after placing our online order. All the workers were complaining that they didn't have enough condiments and where out of most of the things we tried ordering. Chicken was 7/10 not the best church's I've had but not the worse. This placed sucks. Order around 3pm on Jun 7th and it wasn't busy so I expected better but it makes sense now. Go somewhere else!

We did an online order directly through churches website. I got the 2 piece meal and my husband got the 3 piece meal. I wanted a breast and wing and got a thigh. All 5 pieces of chicken were barely warm and so over cooked we could not eat it. It was so dry and had the consistency of jerky

I’m wondering if this location recently changed hands. While very friendly and far quicker service in drive up lane, the chicken was overcooked and tasteless even though crispy. They made a mistake with my order, but did make it right w me. Hope they can adjust their flavor and cooking time of chicken. Will try again because I like Church’s and locations.
