Absolutely the worst restraunt I have been to in a while!!! After waiting 50 minutes for two tex mex cheese enchiladas, rice and beans it finally showed up. Waiter used some BS excuse that they were making the enchilada sauce fresh. At the same time he was telling me this 10 people in the same sitting area who came in after me finished their food and was paying the bill. 🤦🏻‍♂️ Do your self a favor and go elsewhere!!! Not impressed at all.

Our corn tortillas for our enchiladas were hard, and it took almost an hour to get our food.

This will not be a great review. Sorry but it is what it is. Normally Chuy’s is one my favs to go to…Tyler, Dallas, Arlington. Those places have always been top of the line. Tonight however, around 6:00-6:15 pm we entered the restaurant and was seated. Five minutes later, still no table staff. I finally looked over and saw two of the table staff having a moment with each other in a far booth. When he saw me looking at him he immediately got up but then yelled across the restaurant that he would be with us in a minute. Sorry, but that is bad training and I am not sure where the manager was but leadership in this store is lacking. We got up and left. I may be back but not sure.

My wife was told good things about this place from a colleague of hers. She's not allowed to talk to them anymore!

The Deluxe Tomatillo sauce is so good. I can't wait for the Chili Relleno to come back, meanwhile I love the chicken enchiladas. I love the decor. Bright, colorful and the t-shirts are so clever.

Amazing waitress and bar staff, but the hostess girl with fake eyelashes ruined it. Extremely rude and bad attitude. Honestly confused how anyone would employ her in a “customer service” role.

Food was terrific. Burritos are huge! The waiter told us some of the history of the pictures on the wall. EVERY store honors Elvis. Supercool.

Incredible Tex Mex, and best of all it doesn’t break the bank for a family of 6!
