We go to Cliffside almost weekly- the past few times have not been great but today was garbage——- all five drinks were horrible- spending 40$ for it to be gross and having to wait 30 min is not it- we need to get more people and be consistent

The 2 new girls that are at the Cliffside on Ross and Osage the last 4 times I have gone there they have made the coffee i order extremely sweet or just taste bad I believe they might need some extra

Let’s discuss the iced chai latte. I ordered a medium. The cup was filled to the top with ice and less than 1/3 cup of liquid then fit in the cup. Who wants to pay $5 for a cup of ice. These types of business practices are absolutely outrageous. Cliffside coffee should be ashamed of screwing customers over like this.
There is no excuse for the amount of ice in the cup, it’s currently in the 30s outside and the chai mix added wasn’t hot.

Listen the girls are so sweet .went thru the other day ordered a medium mocha freeze with salted caramel..as usual.. and their machine stopped working..I said hey I'll take it iced no big deal I'm not difficult ? as long as I get some coffee in me..they refunded my money with out me even telling me a thing I just saw it on my cash app so sweet... guess who's getting a fat tip next time!!

This place is very expensive. I was charged $7.50 for a large Chai..the container from the store is only $5.49 and it makes 4 cups. They are more expensive than Starbucks and Roasters. The chai they use is Oregon Chai you can buy it at Walmart and make your own. This place is only drive thru. I might understand if they had a dinning area.

The morning crew is so full of energy, kind, hard working and I love my morning stops! There isn’t enough wonderful things I can say about them. They work together so well as a team.
My drink is AMAZING!! It’s a daily stop for me.
The weekend crew is the complete opposite of the week work crew.
You have some amazing coffee and employees (work week morning crew).
I miss Eddie in the mornings with Bailee.
