Very sad to hear to junior frosts are being discontinued. My daughter and I loved getting drinks here. I went ahead and got her the medium today, but this will probably, sadly be our last trip here!

I just went and got a coffee, I wanted to try a new option and was asking all the questions!! The owner was so patient and kind! She didn’t rush me, and was so helpful to tell me about all the new flavors. Just took my first sip and OMG amazing! Since the new ownership I can tell a difference in customer service, and quality of experience. 10/10!

Driving through and stopped here for some coffee. It was nice they had 2 drive thru windows and they had a window you could walk up to. I was even more impressed about the female running both windows, making drinks, and helping a repair guy understand a specific machine. I was able to watch her make our drinks and they are amazing! Also. She made a pup cup for our girl!!
Sad this place isn't up North, but loved trying it while i was South.

It did have soft top but it mixed into the rest of the drink since I had to shake it because it was iced, it was lukewarm at the bottom. Quickly realized how much soft top took away from the drink unfortunately.
Person at the window seemed annoyed, not at me but definitely seemed some came off towards me. The conversations behind the window didn’t seem professional and would recommend shutting the window between customers or having that conversation outside of work.
First time to get coffee from here and willing to try one more time to see if this is a consistent experience. They have a great menu option, especially sugar free! I really like buying locally and hope I can submit another review since most of the other reviews recommend cliffside.

I absolutely love Cliffside and have been a loyal customer for the past 10 years! It’s always been one of my favorite spots. Lately though, I’ve noticed that my iced drinks haven’t been as cold as they used to be. Maybe not quite enough ice or the cups might be a bit too small for the amount of ice needed in the infusions. Just wanted to share some feedback because I really do love this place!
Cliffside Coffee is a must-visit whenever I pass through Amarillo. The service is consistently friendly, and the coffee is always top-notch. It’s a reliable stopover on my I-40 trips, providing the perfect energy boost to power through those long drives.

I am willing to drive across town because their coffee is the best in town and you cannot beat their prices. I'm very sad that they closed the one on Ross Street but I'm glad this one still exists. Perfect and quick service 👌
