Paid over $8 for a bubble tea and it was all ice, barely any tea.... I would suggest asking for it chilled and then No ice in the cup... Makes a lot more sense

Waited 15min for 1 cup of boba. Many orders of multiple drinks ordered after my boba was ordered, were delivered first.

Sheesh where to start. The cashier was wearing headphones while taking our order, the drink we ordered was overpriced and he used the wrong milk, he started making my food with his bare hands touching all the ingredients and only put on gloves after we asked him multiple times, and while I don’t really care as long as you are working he did take a personal phone call, but the crux of it all is that he made my food WITH HIS BARE HANDS SO GROSS

Boba teas were not listed on the big board. The Boba is the gummy Boba, not the liquid filled. Price is pretty high.

Can I give a half a star. It wasn’t very quality coffee, and it was extremely overpriced. He charged me for a 24 ounce gave me a 16 ounce without even asking me what size I wanted, he wasn’t very polite and was super unprofessional he answered a personal phone call while I was in the middle of ordering.
