I have an anaphylactic allergy to gluten and the staff at the Amarillo location were VERY kind and accommodating to me. They checked the allergy list for every flavor and helped me choose something that would be safe for me. I’m very appreciative of them and their service!!!

Had a horrible customer service experience here. I was met with a condescending tone with one of the workers, even though it was one of the few times i’ve been to this location. It really ruined our experience, and I am not sure if I would go back to this location.

We left marble slab to try cold stone....cuz wow what happened to them. Anyways, yall.... Very nice guys working on 4/1/2024 at 7ish. Finally a place where most the mix ins are at least labeled and visible. BUT, yall need to add Amertto ice cream pretty plz. Cakes looked good, I'll be back for one in May. I had a caramel apple with nuts, toffee, chocolate. It was pretty good. My husband got the ice cream with mix ins.

I ordered the Tall, Dark & Delicious cake for Father's Day. The cake I received looked very much like the cake I ordered (on the outside), but instead, it had mint ice cream. You wouldn't know exactly what type of ice cream you have until you cut into it. If they didn't have the ingredients for the cake I ordered, I wouldn't mind and would have picked something different. There wasn't any notification that I would receive a different type of cake. It was delicious like they always are, but it wasn't the correct one.
Waiting in line for 15 minutes as they prioritize online orders for people that aren't even there yet. Never said a word to me as I'm waiting. Terrible service.

With a dairy allergy i was so excited to see the silk almondml milk base here. It is sooooo good. Wish there was a vanilla option, but the chocolate with Oreos was a great treat. Glad to see the option for an occasional treat.

Having visited Palo Duro Canyon, which was very hot, we were so pleased to be able to stop off here for an ice cream. Lots of choice and friendly staff. Really enjoyed it.

My fiancé and I came here to try another ice cream place in town. At first we tried Sweet Charlie’s (which did set the bar really high) and sought to try another one. We had the birthday cake remix and banana caramel crunch. The ice cream really good. I particularly liked the birthday cake remix more than the banana caramel crunch; however both were delicious. I definitely will get much more ice cream here in the years to come. Cold stone creamery is a good competitor to sweet Charlie’s for unique ice cream in town. Also, big kudos to the staff. They got that late night rush and was able to get everyone’s ice cream to them as quickly as they could without much delay. Keep up the good work!
