Not good flavor on the turkey avocado sandwich. Chipotle mayo was bitter. Also no prices up on menu. Was hoping it would’ve been better for $20.00. Bread was very bland.

Absolutely love going here to indulge when it comes to ice cream! I love the waffle cones made there in the store. When u walk in that's the first thing u smell is waffle cones. I love that you can taste the flavor before u decide. This comes in handy when you have children who are indecisive. The many choices of toppings and ice cream as well as The signature collection of ice cream choices. If u can't decide what all u want just check out their signature collection and see what they have that they can make for u. I would recommend cold stone over any other ice cream store any day!!!

Places a pickup order then drove there witch was a 10 min drive then still have to wait and watch four people that walked in get there ice cream before me when I was on time to my pickup order.

I have an anaphylactic allergy to gluten and the staff at the Amarillo location were VERY kind and accommodating to me. They checked the allergy list for every flavor and helped me choose something that would be safe for me. I’m very appreciative of them and their service!!!

Had a horrible customer service experience here. I was met with a condescending tone with one of the workers, even though it was one of the few times i’ve been to this location. It really ruined our experience, and I am not sure if I would go back to this location.
We left marble slab to try cold stone....cuz wow what happened to them. Anyways, yall.... Very nice guys working on 4/1/2024 at 7ish. Finally a place where most the mix ins are at least labeled and visible. BUT, yall need to add Amertto ice cream pretty plz. Cakes looked good, I'll be back for one in May. I had a caramel apple with nuts, toffee, chocolate. It was pretty good. My husband got the ice cream with mix ins.

I ordered the Tall, Dark & Delicious cake for Father's Day. The cake I received looked very much like the cake I ordered (on the outside), but instead, it had mint ice cream. You wouldn't know exactly what type of ice cream you have until you cut into it. If they didn't have the ingredients for the cake I ordered, I wouldn't mind and would have picked something different. There wasn't any notification that I would receive a different type of cake. It was delicious like they always are, but it wasn't the correct one.
