After ordering a 6 pack of variety cookies on Friday, my Mom & I knew we needed more Lemon Bar cookies so on Saturday I ordered a 4 pack of Lemon Bar cookies & they were all undercooked (almost raw in the center) and the lemon dressing on top was gelatinous... For the $15.99 cost of the 4 pack none of the cookies were even edible, which is unfortunate because of the revolving nature of the cookie menu!!The service at Crumbl Cookie is always top notch, but with all the employees being teenagers the quality control is lacking, and cookie consistency is questionable.Kid-friendliness: Cookies are a kid favorite and can be cut by the Crumbl bakers for easier kids eating!Wheelchair accessibility: Plenty of handicapped parking spaces near the entry of the shop.

Kiosk card reader wasn't working and employee shrugged and said it never works properly. Ordered with employee and they messed up the order. The "key lime cake" was nasty, totally undercooked and falling apart and tasted gross. Took a bite and threw the rest and second cookie out. Last time I will be coming here.

Just ok. The first time we ordered a big box we bought chocolate flavors & I think it's the best one they have. After that we went again and tried different flavors, They're not crumbly or chewy it feels more like it wasn't baked well. The other flavors was way too sweet it.the base all tastes the same. We had stomach ache from eating . Anyways,The employees doesn't even smile or greet u, not too friendly.They just talk to each other while making the cookies. One employee went out to deliver a box, she talked about the dogs that the customer has outside after she went in, It's not my business but she went to wipe her hand on her pants like~ uhh I like pets too but u gonna be bck to making cookies, hope she washed her hands.
