If i could give no stars, I would. I ordered a royal chocolate brownie blizzard through uber eats and was delivered a peanut butter oreo blizard concoction. Wtf. Im allergic.

Worker at druve thru rude as hell.. we asked for jalapeños 3 times even got charged and didn't get our jalapeños.. workers did not handle food with gloves or hairnets

Customer service is an after thought at best. The older woman working the drive through couldn't have been more rude if she had to be. Treating customers like an inconvenience isn't the way to keep people coming back.
Went through the drive through, the person I spoke to was very friendly when ordering my food. When I got to pay and saw my receipt I saw that one of the burgers that I had ordered with bacon did not show the bacon on the receipt so I told the person that took my order that the receipt was not showing the bacon and asked if she could make sure that both burgers had bacon, I did not mind paying for the bacon. She asked the person making the burgers if both burgers had bacon and without even checking, another employee that was not the person making the burgers yelled at her that both burgers had bacon. That same employee that yelled at her was the one that gave me my burgers. When she handed me the bag I asked for ketchup. Again, with an attitude, she said that there was ketchup in the bag. So I drove off. When looking at what we were given, there was no ketchup in the bag and the burger did not have bacon. On top of that all the food was bland. After reading all the bad reviews I can tell that I’m not the only one having a bad experience with what seems to be the same employee.
