I had a very disappointing experience with the manager during my visit. When my order was missing fries, instead of addressing the issue quickly, she accused me of lying and held up other customers while reviewing video footage. She later claimed she saw the fries in the bag, but could not provide proof when asked.
What should have been a quick stop after football practice turned into a 20-minute ordeal. I understand mistakes happen, but the situation could have been resolved much faster and with better customer service. A simple acknowledgment and replacement would have gone a long way.

I absolutely love dairy queen but coming to this dairy queen and waiting for forty five minutes to get your food or even just one cup of ice cream is ridiculous! And at this location, it is every single time!

Stopped in for a quick lunch. The service was ok. Not friendly out welcome at all. The burger was decent, the fries were cold and inedible. The dining room was clean sans the patio outside was very nice. Doing think I’ll return.

Takes forever for them to take your order at the mic. Then the service is slow, long lines, you may as well put it in park while you're in line. French fries are so raw they might as well just hand you a potato and tell you to fry it at home. Don't ask for anything complicated like Reese's pieces because they'll hand you Reese's peanut butter cup instead and then get mad if that's not what you wanted.

Ordered dipped cone and hot fudge Sunday with peanuts. Neither was good. Surprised that you could mess up a dipped cone, but it happened. The chocolate was so thin, it didn't solidify and just dropped down the cone. The hot fudge Sunday had very little fudge and the peanuts were so salty we could hardly eat it. Had to scrape them off. Drive through person had attitude and not friendly at all. Wo t be back. So sad.

Yesterday we waited 10 minutes in line to get to the speaker box to order.. when I got there I waited another 8 minutes before realizing they weren't going to take my order in a timely manner. Wasn't worth waiting another possible 20 minutes for 2 steak fingers a small order of fries and a dipped cone. Don't go there, Western Street location is a bust.
