On Saturday 3-1-25 around 9pm I went to Dairy Queen (Soncy location). I got a beef taco salad and a mint blizzard. Then the next day I woke up with nonstop diarrhea, throwing up, chills and other symptoms. I couldn’t even hold down Sprite or Water. Definitely have all the symptoms of food poisoning. I know it was from DQ because that was the only place I ate that day. I reported it to the health department and I won’t go back.

Definitely forced a sick employee to come in cause that’s the only way a virus like that spreads. I have my 5 year food service license so I would know. Deplorable. Eff them managers
Good food and nice people.

The layout of this Dairy Queen is interesting. They are also remodeling.
Mainly what’s irritating is I spent 12.00 for cold food. Which you know what I understand things are hectic and you have a lot of orders, but the grease used to fry the steak fingers needs to be changed. Every bite was old grease and the finger was huge and heavy, but the breading soaked up the grease. Disgusting

I had the steak finger basket. They were hot and ready from the drive thru. Their ice cream blizzard is always good. Service was fast and friendly.

So, I just went to this location. I ordered a burger and a Carolina reaper taco. It's a small, unique parking lot, and I have my pickup truck and travel trailer hooked up. Also, not to mention I have my two-year-old little girl with me alone. So, I have to park a ways away and walk over, which was fine. I order the food, get back to my truck, put the baby away, and open up the burger. To my surprise, I find a hair in my burger. At this point, I'm thinking, "Oh gosh, okay, I'll just pull up pretty close and go to the drive-up window. I'll walk over and just let them know." So, I get to the drive-up window, and the first thing I tell the lady when she opens the window is, "I'm sorry to come like this, but it's hard with a baby and this huge travel trailer, as you can see. I have an issue I need to speak to you about." She tells me, "I have many customers right now, and I can't help you." There was really nobody there. Then, I told her there was a hair in my cheeseburger. She proceeded to walk away, and then I threw the cheeseburger on the floor in the restaurant and told them to keep it and eat it themselves. The manager's name is Britney. She is super unprofessional. Now, I'm out $16.00 and still hungry. Thanks, DQ.

This Dairy Queen consistently has the worst temperament of the staff. Tonight I went and got 20$ worth of treats for my fam and the lady was rude. I don't expect you to be happy-go-lucky on a Sunday, especially on Easter, but if you wanna blame someone I am not the one to blame for that. After we ordered, I clarified my order since I had an add on and she got really defensive once I asked her "this is chocolate strawberry right?" I made sure not to have an attitude because she was dry at the window and I did wanna make her upset, but I also wanted to make sure my order was right since I bought an add on. She then had a tone with me about it.I miss when people were nicer. I'm not coming back to this location, and I'm sure the staff are totally cool with not getting enough business cause I doubt they get paid enough to live.

the absolute worst experience I've EVER HAD. AWFUL customer service. extremely rude. she was grunting and sighing and cussing over and over while we were placing our order. she was probably drunk.. we decided to leave and she was still cussing in the speaker. after I went inside she wouldn't give me anything to get ahold of the company ... this is unacceptable. they were all being bad employees. teenagers would do a better job. they were are all bitter.
