I love everything about Dickey’s. The food, the service and pricing. Unfortunately I don’t live on that side of town. I would love if there was a Dickey’s closer to the north side of town. I would eat there more.

Not that great. Food quality has declined quite dramatically over the years. Used to be quite good many moons ago. Food prep hit the skids quite a while ago. Somewhere along the line the old line about making restaurant food
Junior always takes good care of us making sure he fixes our sandwiches just the way we like and making sure we have everything we need. The complimentary ice cream cones are also a real treat.

Service was ok..we went through th drive through..ordered 3 pile-ons/brisket frito pie.. got home and took it all out of the bag. Three meals and only 1 bbq sauce. Luckily we had bbq sauce, I made , as they separate it all, which I appreciate so chips are not soggy. As I ate it, I had NO MEAT!! it was full of gristle! I will NEVER EAT HERE AGAIN!! I basically paid for chips and beans! Beyond frustrating. Last time we got this, it had its share of gristle but there was meat as well. Thought i would try again as we were right there. NOPE!! never again!! The one star is due to no meat and the lack of.giving us sauce for them even after asking us about sauce! Hillside location

We ordered from Uber Eats and got our food with none of the barbecue sauces.... including the extra sauces we ordered, no pickles, none of the extra jalapenos we paid for.
Kinda pointless to order bbq w no freaking sauce.

The food was excellent as well as the service. I got the Westerner. This sandwich was on a buttery toasted hoagie roll, which took the flavor of the meats over the top. The servers was equally as awesome. Super friendly people.

Tylers will always be number 1 but their hours and availability of food are so limited Ive been looking for a good number 2. This is the 2nd time I've gotten Dickies chopped beef sandwich and they have been dry each time. Maybe I am getting the leftover from the previous day. Customer service however is top notch! Friendly welcoming smiles and kindness are awesome. Also, They charge an extra .39 for the (renew/recycle program. Charge me an extra .39 when the meat isn't dried out and I won't mind it.
