This is the saddest overpriced garbage I've seen to date. $17 for a country fried steak that looks worse and is smaller than what you'd get out of a tv dinner

Well where do I start not sure where they find these people at to work at this place every time i come here there's some kind of issue i gave them 3 chances this time was the last time I'll ever even spend a penny at this place it's either their over charging, getting the order wrong, or both so if you feel like spending a $100 basically not get what you ordered and hardly get any food this is your place very disappointed there was a time when I was excited about trying this restaurant now i won't or even wouldn't go to another one anywhere all because the experience i had i this place so it has basically ruined all their restaurants they got everywhere for me

Sandwich was great today. They just pulled the brisket out of the smoker and offered me a sample as I was walking by.

Look at all these negative reviews? Wow!!! I won't be coming here at all. My chances are that I will get cold, old or not the right order by trashy employees.... All these reviews pretty much say the same thing. Out of 19 reviews 17 are bad lol. My god..... You really need to get a handle on this or you won't have any customers....

If I could give this a 0 rating I would. The young transgender, that was taking our order recommended us to go get fountain drinks in the gas station to save us money. The fountain area was completely out of order on both sides. When we got our food. My husband's ribs, brisket had a freezer burn look & chicken had a green streak line all the way down one strip of it. He said it all tasted funny. Mine chicken stuffed potatoe was completely cold. The potato was so hard it actually bent my fork.

If I could do zero stars I would. The girl who waited on me looked at me like I was stupid. She seemed to not care if she waited on me or not. Also got the wrong food. Went in there despite the bad reviews, but I will NOT spend another penny here and will warn others away as well. Absolutely horrible place!!

1st time. Tried it because I was sent a text with a promo code BOGO. Gal at counter did not know how to use or apply the promo code. Gal at counter did not know what a Cue Combo was or the difference between the Buffalo Chicken and the Nashville Chicken 😐. Ordered the Nashville Chicken, to go, because atmosphere was uninviting. Got to the RV and found there were no pickles on the sandwiches as described on the online menu. Gave the service 2 stars because the gal at counter used gloves after handling the register and transferring my chicken patty sitting in a bowl.of sauce onto the bun. Not planning on going back after this experience.

Supposed to be open til 10, I rushed to make it there, showed up at 9:45 and it was closed

Ordered a two meat sandwich with a side, they didn't have one of the meats and helped me choose another option. The guy behind the counter was great, checked with me while he made my food and asked how I wanted my sandwich. Better service than I've had at most fast food around here. Food was good.. expensive for a gas station bbq place. Your saving grace is your employee for me. Give that man a raise.

Definitely not worth what you pay for 20.00 for sausage link and maybe 3oz of brisket they give you alot of fries lol Mac and cheese was cold and was like a couple bits full.. Cray what these places charge for what you actually get. I didn't even get a drink.

First time here and won't be back. Got the ribs, and brisket, French fries, green beans and cole slaw. Suppose to come with Texas toast didn't get that. He gave me baked beans instead of green beans like I ordered.
Hubby and I drive truck so I didn't bother to look in the bag thinking everything would be there, my mistake. First time and last time. I'll go back to mitche's bbq down the street, much better.

And he was by himself so no reason to not get my order right because there was only 2 of us that ordered.
