Put and order in way before close and pulled up 15 minutes before close..after already waiting 20 minutes for my order to be made. I pulled up and they told me to pull around to the front to wait an extra 10 minutes because my food wasnt started. I was told they would bring my food out. Pulled to the front to wait 30 extra minutes and had to pull back to the window because my food was never brought out. The workers walked outside passed me twice and acted like they didn’t have an order to be taken out. I asked if they forgot about me and they didn’t seem to care. I told them how I was waiting 30 minutes outside and they said well we didn’t know where you pulled to. I literally was told to pull to the front and it would be brought out. The man continued to argue like he really didn’t care but to get out of there. I asked for a marinara from a different employee since I was waiting for my food so long and he told me he couldn’t give me anything unless I paid even after the register had been pulled. This is INSANE and terrible customer service! I would give this place no stars if I could. I will not be back to this location.

I ordered 3 pizza's and an order of garlic Parmesan wings. I got the pizza's and I had to finish cutting them into slices. Also the wings had no garlic Parmesan, it was only soaked in Ranch.

I ordered 2 supreme pizza’s with stuffed crust, I received 2-cheese pizzas and no stuffed crust. I called the manager Izabela and she said that I ordered only cheese pizzas, which I explained to her, had I ordered only cheese medium pizza they would have been $6.99 each, so why did you charge me $15 for each medium cheese? A total of $40 for two mediums! Exactly, she showed no concern nor did she apologize or take accountability for not giving me the right order. This place needs a new manager no doubt, do better!!! Don’t steal people’s money! Give you the wrong order and not make it right!
