We just ordered 2 specialty pizzas. The pizzas were not fresh! They had been sitting under a warming light! Our parmesan bites were fresh. It cost $50!! Don't waste your money! You would be better off with a frozen grocery store pizza! Pathetic!!!

I was trying to redeem my emergency pizza and the app is giving me an error. The manager was extremely rude and told me he couldn’t help me. That it was basically my problem. It’s not my fault the app isn’t working and you should also learn customer service skills. He has no business being a manager if he’s treating people like that. I will never visit this location again!

My wife and I ordered 2 Philly sandwiches. We picked them up and took them home. 1 was fine and the other only had half the meat on one side. I called back and was given multiple excuses how I might have not ordered correctly We asked for no mushrooms that’s all. I was told I could either come back and pick up another sandwich or be charged for them to bring it to me. I went back to pick up my sandwich and the first words that I was asked was did you bring the other sandwiches back? What food establishment would want food back from the customer, seems to me a health issue on that one. Which I was not asked to do. The next thing I was told was how she had made the order herself and she knew it was correct and when I tried to explain what had happened, she just kept saying that she made the order correctly. I informed her she could keep the sandwich and I would no longer visit her business. it’s not about the money or really the sandwich, but it amazes me how it is everyones fault outside of their own.

I pulled up to the window to place an order, I had coupons for three free pizzas. This location was listed to honor the coupons. The manager acted like he didn’t want to but took my order anyway. I was told 10-15 for the 3 pizzas I ordered. I pulled forward to the front of the store as there were cars coming in behind me. I proceeded to wait for 32 minutes and everyone in there saw my car pull up. It was still in the window view to see?! And no one brought me the order? Isn’t the point of a pick window to not get out of the vehicle? And if the order is finished, bring it to the customer? I get out to go check on my order and the 3 pizzas are sitting there on the metal table waiting. Just waiting there. I am very disappointed because my entire family was at home, hungry and hadn’t eaten. Waiting for food when I was told 10-15 minutes. My ticket says order was ready at 9:32. I actually took the pizza in hand at 9:55pm!!! This was unprofessional, poor communication and poor teamwork on the teams part for this store. It shouldn’t matter whether someone spending $150 dollars or $0.00, you should be willing to give the customer their pizza at the time you said you would! Be observant that they are waiting and bring it to their car when it was ordered through the pickup window!! Very disappointed!!

I called to let them know my order was wrong and I’d come back to pick up corrected order….again, rude….the person I spoke with argued with me about what I ordered. This was the third and last time I’ll received bad service from Dominoes on South Georgia. I’ll never go back.

It’s nice to be at least welcomed especially after spending well over 50$ on pizza. Middle aged woman working at 8 was rude . Not only that but all my pizzas were ordered square cut. And of course they weren’t.

We received our pizza after they took it to someone else which made our pizza an hour late, called the manager of the store who goes by Eric and instead of the normal manager response of what can we do to help we were greeted by Eric being rude and distasteful, refused to do a remake and openly said they no longer do remakes as of now. Don’t order from this dominos especially if Eric gets to keep his job.

I have had Dominoes deliver to my work and my home always quick and polite staff. I had to pick up from this location on my way home, I ordered online and when I arrived the staff were polite & ready to help. Nice atmosphere inside as well. Keep up the good work Georgia Dominoes, "Kudo's to all".
