We just ordered 2 specialty pizzas. The pizzas were not fresh! They had been sitting under a warming light! Our parmesan bites were fresh. It cost $50!! Don't waste your money! You would be better off with a frozen grocery store pizza! Pathetic!!!

The person taking our order was rude. The wait was long and way way too overpriced. We got two pizzas and a salad, and it was $42. Won't we coming back

In my opinion,it was the best pizza to date. Had a nice light char on crust and ingredients were spit on fresh. Thumbs up!

Marissa is amazing. She never fails us and our order. Always perfect. She always knows how to fix a problem and always takes care of us. Thank you Marissa! We love you. And our main driver is Joe! He’s always showing up before the time given and polite and curteous.

I was trying to redeem my emergency pizza and the app is giving me an error. The manager was extremely rude and told me he couldn’t help me. That it was basically my problem. It’s not my fault the app isn’t working and you should also learn customer service skills. He has no business being a manager if he’s treating people like that. I will never visit this location again!

My wife and I ordered 2 Philly sandwiches. We picked them up and took them home. 1 was fine and the other only had half the meat on one side. I called back and was given multiple excuses how I might have not ordered correctly We asked for no mushrooms that’s all. I was told I could either come back and pick up another sandwich or be charged for them to bring it to me. I went back to pick up my sandwich and the first words that I was asked was did you bring the other sandwiches back? What food establishment would want food back from the customer, seems to me a health issue on that one. Which I was not asked to do. The next thing I was told was how she had made the order herself and she knew it was correct and when I tried to explain what had happened, she just kept saying that she made the order correctly. I informed her she could keep the sandwich and I would no longer visit her business. it’s not about the money or really the sandwich, but it amazes me how it is everyones fault outside of their own.

Pizza was 3/4 dough with nothing on it! Worst pizza we’ve ever got from this location!
Not sure if I’ll use this location again.

I pulled up to the window to place an order, I had coupons for three free pizzas. This location was listed to honor the coupons. The manager acted like he didn’t want to but took my order anyway. I was told 10-15 for the 3 pizzas I ordered. I pulled forward to the front of the store as there were cars coming in behind me. I proceeded to wait for 32 minutes and everyone in there saw my car pull up. It was still in the window view to see?! And no one brought me the order? Isn’t the point of a pick window to not get out of the vehicle? And if the order is finished, bring it to the customer?
I get out to go check on my order and the 3 pizzas are sitting there on the metal table waiting. Just waiting there. I am very disappointed because my entire family was at home, hungry and hadn’t eaten. Waiting for food when I was told 10-15 minutes. My ticket says order was ready at 9:32. I actually took the pizza in hand at 9:55pm!!!
This was unprofessional, poor communication and poor teamwork on the teams part for this store. It shouldn’t matter whether someone spending $150 dollars or $0.00, you should be willing to give the customer their pizza at the time you said you would! Be observant that they are waiting and bring it to their car when it was ordered through the pickup window!! Very disappointed!!

I waited over 5 minutes for someone to come to the pickup window and watched them on their phone. My tater tots..burnt, pizza.. burnt, and I ordered a 5 cheese dip and it is completely burnt to the bottom. Last time here.

The person who took my order was rude, but I overlooked. The person who gave me my order was rude. I overlooked. Got home and my order was completely wrong. I called to let them know my order was wrong and I’d come back to pick up corrected order….again, rude….the person I spoke with argued with me about what I ordered. This was the third and last time I’ll received bad service from Dominoes on South Georgia. I’ll never go back.
