Poor service. Pulled up to the drive thru on 45th ordered hot chocolate and the employee literally said, “I’m not going to make those.” I couldn’t believe it. Do you think I wasted my money there? You bet I didn’t…and I never will.

Man I was in the drive thru for over 25 mins before I get to the window to order then the lady tells me to pull up to the 2 window I did and waited another 5 mins before someone came to take my order the donuts were ok but the 3$ kolaches were nasty, no flavor and the bread was hard, and my kids were late to school smh worse donut spot in Amarillo
Line was out the door and they are catering to mega size church orders first, only a handful of flavors available thanks to large orders. Only 2 locations open on the weekend. My how this once awesome Amarillo establishment has fallen. There are now better options (less greasy too) from smaller mom and pop shops with far superior customer service and flavors. Worst part is it disappointed the kids who wanted donuts, luckily there are other places to go that saved the day.

As a non native Amarillo person, I can say with all honesty your donuts are subpar at best buy if you crave donuts then this is better than some store bought junk. My wife being native is one of the many that have never had a truly amazing donut before, so when I go to get donuts and then half your locations are closed, one being the one that I thought was even better than the rest in terms of flavors and then one of your locations that's supposed to be open is also closed. It sucks. Especially when the open one in town is the absolute worst in terms of trying to maneuver around and how donuts taste.

Came to grab donuts this morning. Online said they open at 5:30 am, our flight left at 7:30. We made our way over and when we arrived we ended up waiting at the window for several minutes just watching employees walk right passed us at the window and continue about their work. Rolling dough talking and completely ignored us at the drive up window. We waited from 5:45-6:05 am with no service at all. Highly unprofessional and rude not to even greet the customers, much less take our order. We won’t ever recommend this Donut stop location to anyone. We ended up going to the Waffle House down the street they served us immediately.
