Don't try and get a decaf coffee on a cold day here. Their decaf machine has been broken for quite a while and staff can't get anyone to fix it. Move along if you want a hot decaf!

This location was wonderful - from the quality of the food to the service by the staff. The drinks were on point. The food was warm and delicious. The staff was sincerely kind, and one member even shared how their little one would also choose the plain bagel minis over other food items. We felt bonded with the staff members. We were in town for a doctors appt and we definitely plan to come back when we come back to town. Thanks for making our day with this excellent experience!
Parking: Parking lot is free and extends around the building.
Kid-friendliness: The location and the staff are kid friendly. Lots of places to sit and enjoy the meal with your kids. Safe location.

I would like your employees to be more proactive, to find a way to serve customers who do not speak Spanish since today there are phones with Google translator, the purpose is to buy "a benefit for both the local, the worker and the buyer

Sad That the store stays locked due to the one employee doesn’t feel “Safe” working alone at 4 pm on a Tuesday so cant go inside to get a Birthday cake drive thru only the blue hair girl says sorry I can write down what I have… crazy you can just make your own rules as an employee if you don’t feel safe don’t work where there are people!!! No wonder on car in the parking lot! Lost out on money as the business due to a lazy employee… Sad

Horrible. They “ran out of donuts”. How does Dunkin’ Donuts run out of donuts? My three year old kept a positive attitude through an 8 hour car ride because all he wanted was a chocolate donut when he got in town, only to arrive to…. No donuts? How does that even happen when your whole store is a donut store??

If you get doordash from here they just throw a bunch of random stuff that you didn't order in there and call it good👍
Was difficult to even find how to get into the parking lot. Delivery truck was in the way of the drive thru. Employees took forever to take my order. Food n prices were fine, coffee was delicious but assortment of donuts wasn't actually assorted. Also I didn't receive any Napkins.

We went to the one on Souncy in Amarillo. It was easier to get into and had a bigger parking lot. So disappointed they closed this location. The one on Western is harder to get into,a smaller parking lot. And not as convenient for us to go to.

Went thru drive thru ordered a sausage egg and cheese and a Boston and small peppermint mochi iced they gave me a small hot peppermint mocha so got it changed and it wasn’t a peppermint mocha and then the ssec didn’t have sausage I tried to call 3 times with no answer
