Very disappointedOrdered a large specialty drink $4 delicious!And a bagel toasted with butter and cream cheese, I received a bagel with nothing on it a knife and container of cream cheese. By the time I went to the counter to get the butter, the bagel was cold.Gave a $2 tip to make my own food. Not happy
We were unhappy with the coffee. Usually the coffee is strong and robust but on this visit the coffee was weak. Why can't the coffee be consistent. If we wanted weak coffee we would go to Toot N Totem.

We ordered on the app. On arrival, they were out of donuts completely. It was like 9:30 AM.We picked out other items, but nothing was very good like it had all been sitting out for a long period of time. We love Dunkin but this location was bad.
