I’m giving 1 star only for the fact that it is currently 35° outside and they have a female employee outside taking orders in nothing but jeans and a sweatshirt!!! How can you treat an employee like that? If you cannot provide her with gloves, hat and reflective safety vest, KEEP HER INSIDE! Broke my heart to see that; we gave her some cash as an appreciation for her hard work. Do better Dutch Bros. Completely unacceptable.

The one on coulter has a horrible parking lot and drive through. Some of the pot holes are so deep they will damage the car. They need to be repaired

My Annihilator was made perfect this morning. I haven't posted a review for Dutch before so I thought it was time. The young lady that helped me this morning was so helpful and friendly. It was a struggle getting to work this morning and I really appreciated her smile and friendly attitude.

Crazy how the employees act if you’re not white. Very rude & disregarding, not friendly at all at this location. Also 2 workers were out today & still they did not initiate the double lanes then carried the annoyance in their face one it was started. The girl at the window acted like she was disgusted with handing out the coffee she made. 👎👎👎

This Dutch bros was amazing and I’m not sure what went wrong. They made my drink wrong I came back to tell them, they said I ordered it wrong they remade it and ended up still making it wrong. They were rude and dismissive. I would not go back. Ross street is amazing million times better.
