I came to this location around 8pm 8/22/2025 and the young lady was so sweet and patient with me ordering. She also made both of my drinks amazing & perfect. She needs a raise cause most people working in customer service these days lack patience and genuine kindness along with quality drink making skills. I got the caramel pumpkin brûlée cold brew & the marshmallow dream latte w oatmilk and soft top 2 extra shots of espresso ✨(cupcake, hazelnut, and white chocolate) she was working with a male co worker- (probably a manager) but he was busy doing manager stuff I think.

This is the second time that myself and daughters have been in line waiting. Then we get skipped in the lines just to get no apologies. Myself and immediate family will be going back to this place. I used to come here regularly. I was in a hurry but specifically stated I needed 2 large drinks and proceeded to give the lady my order. She got upset when I didn’t flirt back and mentioned my fiancée. By the time I get to the window, my fiancées drink was fine but somehow my drink was downgraded to a medium after confirming multiple times with the lady it was 2 larges. The Gentleman was rude at the window about it. To be completely honest, I’ll take my business somewhere else if this is the type of people y'all now hire. There are so many nicer coffee businesses in town. This location has gone way down hill. Avoid if you are a married man or soon to be.

I have 2 favorite drinks from here, the Vampire Slayer and the SharkAttack. I get either one blended and with cream. All 3 locations, I have been to are nice! The staff is usually friendly too!
A little disappointed in this location. We normally loved Dutch but this location didn’t do it for us. Passing through from Arizona and right off the bat service was poor. The young man taking our order was soft spoken and a little impatient whilst ordering our drinks. Then pulling up to the window the girl did not even acknowledge us and stayed talking to her coworker until it was time to give us our drinks. To top it off our lattes were not the best and had no foam on top whatsoever.
