Dutch Bros is the only coffee my husband and I get. We absolutely love the drinks, the variety of flavors, and trying something new every time. The quality is always great, and the staff is friendly and hardworking.
My only downside is ordering ahead through the app. I use it because it’s easier, especially now that we have a newborn who doesn’t do well when the car stops moving. I’ll place our order before we arrive, but we still end up waiting 20–30 minutes in the drive-thru just to get to the window and have a screaming baby in the back seat.
I would use the walk-up window, but I don’t feel comfortable leaving my baby in the car, especially when that line can be long too. I totally understand how busy it gets and appreciate the crew, it would just be nice if mobile orders had a quicker pickup option.
We still love Dutch Bros and will definitely keep coming back!

i ordered my drinks on the app. it told me they would be ready at 8:48p i got there a few minutes early got in the drive thru line and i didn’t leave until 9:53p. i waited a WHOLE hour in line for 2 drinks that were already ordered and probably ready.

I went to get a coffee at 6:20ish and my drink was made and just sitting there while she took another order on drive thru and made his drink and then after handed me mine so I was already waiting for a person who showed up after me while my coffee was just sitting on the counter made already but when she finally brought me the coffee I had a lil blob of soft top seeing how yall charge a whole extra dollar I expect more than that and when I asked she had attitude saying “it’ll be a couple mins” by the time she gave me the soft top she couldn’t even fix my drink she gave me another little BLOB of it in a separate cup that I had to do myself I find that ridiculous and ya’ll need to learn how to make a drink and control ya’ll attitude when I ask to fix your mistake

I came to this location around 8pm 8/22/2025 and the young lady was so sweet and patient with me ordering. She also made both of my drinks amazing & perfect. She needs a raise cause most people working in customer service these days lack patience and genuine kindness along with quality drink making skills. I got the caramel pumpkin brûlée cold brew & the marshmallow dream latte w oatmilk and soft top 2 extra shots of espresso ✨(cupcake, hazelnut, and white chocolate) she was working with a male co worker- (probably a manager) but he was busy doing manager stuff I think.
