Since I was in a hurry and was waiting for at least 10 minutes to order, I tried to order ahead on app and accidentally ordered at the wrong location so I drive up to the window and asked the barista if she can give me the drinks there and cancel my order at the other location, she says yes and charged me for the drinks again. Now I have paid double for 3 drinks, Then head home which is all the way to Osage st, had a bad feeling, check my app and still said “order on its works” so I google “How to cancel my order from Dutch bros“ and only to find out I had to go back to cancel were I ordered or still get the drinks I ordered or not go and lose the money. But how come the barista never explained this to me, otherwise I should have just pick them up where I ordered.

I love Dutch Bros! Bent Tree is my fave Amarillo location, even when it's out of my way!
Dietary restrictions: If you have dietary restrictions… Just let them know I have to be gluten-free and they are very accommodating with whatever we need to do… They also accommodate me meeting protein milk and practically everything instead of whatever milk is normally in it… They have lots of sugar-free options if you need that. Talk to them and tell them what you need the Broistas are awesome!
Parking: There are maybe 10 parking places but it's mostly a drive-through business so it's not really a problem. I think the most cars I have ever seen part was about six and that included the employees.
Kid-friendliness: It's a fun place with milkshakes! What kid doesn't love that!
Wheelchair accessibility: There are a couple of handicap spots for the outdoor tables… It's mostly a drive-through so it's kind of a moot point.

Waited 30 minutes to order/get our drinks because one car had to talk with the staff. They held up the line and the staff just kept talking. I understand wait times, but not 30 minutes for 1 car’s order! And the server flipped us off too.
