Was kinda astonished about the trust factor of this establishment. Everything is self serve. From picking out your meal to self pay. I grabbed a ahi teriyaki tuna bowl. It was loaded with Brussels, zucchini and tuna that was cooked just right. Normally I like my tuna raw or pretty rare. But for the home cooked aspect of it all?
